We order pizza from Imo’s at least twice a month. Always delicious, they have gluten free crust which tastes amazing topped with green peppers and black olives. The wings are delicious order them plain, sauce in the side.. but the salad is the teaser!! Yes the wings have been eaten.. too delicious to photograph before!!

Ordered pizza over telephone, was told that it would take about 20 minutes. Sounded perfect because I have about 90 before I need to leave for the airport, I drove about 15 minutes across town on a Saturday which isn’t fun. I arrived at Imos to pick up my pizza and the order that I placed per telephone wasn’t even registered in their computer. I lost about 45 minutes of my narrow time, wasting my gas driving across town just to find out that the employees are not competent enough to take an order…. very sad and disappointing

This is a very difficult review to do. First, I would give the pizza restaurant a four star review as I found it very tasty. I had a 16″ XL meat pizza with green peppers added. The flavor was very good. It had what tasted to me as a very unique flavor. It seemed as if the base of the crust had a cheesy flavor with red sauce on top. I really enjoyed it. However, my spouse found the pizza rather bland with very limited flavor and stated they would not have the pizza again and would give it two stars. Therefore, the split produces a three star review. My guidance for you is some will find it great, others may not. This is truly a make your own decision situation. The price is slightly higher than I would have preferred to pay.

The girl at the register was absolutely wonderful. I’ve been in Lake St Louis for two weeks and this girl gave me the best service thus far in all the interactions I have had in this area and there have been quite a few. I dropped my fork and she gave me another one. She seemed very polite and awesome individual all around.I wasn’t a fan of the heavy red sauce so I gave it a four on the Lasagna ,however it was still highly enjoyable.

Highly disappointed. I ordered a pizza, cinnimos, and a whole house salad with house dressing. The pizza was I OVERcooked! The cinnimos were OVERCOOKED and the salad came with 1 dressing instead of 2. I immediately called back once I got home. But you know you’re staff need to realize when someone drives to pick up and order they can’t just easily come back to return it. So you what that means they have nothing to eat!!! At least not what I just paid my hard earned money for anyway! You should know when you have overcooked a pizza to not send it out or give that to a customer! Do better! Your crust is already a thin crust pizza. When you over cook it, it makes it a hard chewy cracker with dried up cheese! The cinnimos were hard and not edible with barely a drizzle of the cinnamon sugar topping! To the owner or manager of this location I hope you teach your staff better and require them to put out a quality product! In an economy like this where people are cutting back, I usually try to still support my favorite places. I ate the salad.

The new location is well executed. It’s clean and is in a convenient location, right across the street from Von Maur. I’ll be honest, my wife and I cannot stand Imo’s pizza; it’s too thin and the provel cheese is disgusting. SO, we order a thick crust with mozzarella cheese and it is delightful. If you don’t like Imo’s traditional pizza, give em another chance and order thick crust with mozzarella cheese. They’ve always been higher priced and I don’t understand why.

We all have to choose wisely when it comes to spending money, especially when choosing to eat out now that the world is opening up. This Imo’s continues to be a favorite of my family and delivers hot, fresh food that we always appreciate. The drive-thru is super-spacious for those looking for take out and the inside also features ample space to take you entire family to sit, eat and share time together. Thanks for all that you and your staff too. We look forward to out next medium sausage and pepperoni pizza already.

Everyone in a daze working here. Water all over the floor by the beverage counter and restrooms, coke dispenser out of coke, credit card machine doesn’t work properly— staff totally out of it— It’s like walking into the twilight zone.
They also let their friend bring her dog in and run around. Staff preparing my food while petting the dog with complete disregard and thoughtlessness to go wash their hands afterwards. Just nasty and disrespectful.
So bizarre and uncomfortable— I definitely will not be back.

Ordered a pizza for lunch told them it was for delivery spelt out the address paid with card over phone. Hour and a half later I checked my phone to a random number. Text message saying your pizza is on your doorstep. Proceeded to call the number the driver told me that there was a note to not ring the doorbell and just sit on the front step. That never was my order because I’m at a construction site with no front door!

Great chicken strips and pizza, quick and the pizza wasn’t sparse with toppings but plenty all throughout the pizza. Staff was polite and upbeat working on new years eve unlike most places we’d stopped that day. The toasted ravioli is amazing.
