The app is a lie. It offered a free app to sign up for text message offers, but they refused to honor it even after calling over the phone – “I cant do that on my end and I have no idea about what our website says.” That says a LOT. Lost a large order and future business over a simple appetizer add-on. Cecil Whitakers down the road sympathized and offered the deal Imo’s lied about. Go to CWs or any other local places thay are aware of their business and care about their locals.

Did a pickup order and did not get my salad so had to drive back to get it. Once got to eat the salad it was terrible. The ranch tasted watery had no flavor at all, like water was added to made it go further. The cheese on it did not taste like something others IMOs locations would use. Bread bites package was full of burned black parmeson cheese. I have had better at other locations.

Had 2 XL pizza’s and 24pc toasted rav’s delivered. Spend over $100 + delivery fee. 1 pizza was such a mess in the box it looked like someone threw up into it. Couldn’t even scoop the toppings back with a serving spoon. When I called about how bad it was, I was told I had to drive it back to be remade. Will NEVER reorder from this location.
