Ordered delivery for a lunch meeting at a medical clinic and was told by the delivery driver that he was unable to go up the elevator to the 5th floor where the office was located to bring the food per the owner Justin Phillips. I will not be ordering from this location again. It was a large order and I left a generous tip for the driver. The driver ended up bringing it to the medical office but was not nice about it and the office manager commented on his behavior. Horrible service!

If I could I would leave no stars! Today I went to Imo’s and order a large extra cheese pizza extra pizza sauce. I did not receive my correct order which I ask can I get a remake. They remade my order but when I received my remade pizza they literally just drizzled pizza sauce on my pizza. Then I simply asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. The professionalism at this store is a no. The manager is worst, no point in asking for him! I would not be visiting this location ever again.

I usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants like IMOs Pizza, but when I experience exceptional customer service, I feel it’s important to recognize it. The staff at this location went above and beyond — they were consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely kind.
Every team member approached us with a smile, kindly interacted with my child, and made sure we were comfortable. They even helped set up the tables to give us more space for our order, which was incredibly thoughtful. Although everything was easily self-serve, they still came by to ask if we needed anything — a small gesture that made a big impact.
The pizza and mozzarella sticks were absolutely delicious and freshly made. This visit was a great reminder that excellent service can elevate a simple meal into a memorable experience.

Well done doesn’t mean burnt. I’ve had plenty of well done pizzas from Imo’s. This was burnt/overcooked. I would have appreciated them mentioning first before giving me the pizza to see if I wanted it remade. I also live too far to drive back to this location.

Ordered extra cheese sausage and bacon 14 inch. Took forever and pizza was burnt. Sweet tasted like it was three days old and order taker was clueless. Manager wanted to argue. I love IMO’s just not this location. Floor mats were fold laying next to drink machine.

I haven’t had a bad experience. Usually I call in my order and when I arrive, it is ready to go. As far as the pizza goes, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I am quite selfish when it comes to Imo’s. My family and friends are aware that I will not share and they will have to buy their own. I will put this disclaimer out there – everyone may not like it but I enjoy it! For newbies, I think maybe trying the kids size pizza or getting a smaller one during the lunch special since it is more affordable that way.

Roast beef sandwich has 1/2 the meat, it’s supposed to have 5oz, but you only get 2.6
Staff is entitled to bring their “at home on the couch” attitude when asked about it. Either a malicious mistake or a very stupid one , but either way you only get half of what you pay for

Couldn’t even make sure my dressing was in the bag…spoke to Avery.. they only wanted to refunded the dressing, pressed further got a full refund on my order. Make sure you have all your stuff if you order from here. Will be watching my account to make sure I get my refund.

Always enjoy a good IMO’s pizza . What can I say, it’s “the square beyond compare.” This location has always been good to us. Nice staff, accurate order and always very timely. Clean and there is seating inside and out if you’d like to eat there. Can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed using this location whether to pick up or if we have them deliver. I certainly recommend this location to anyone who has the urge for a great IMO’s Pizza.
