This Imos has the worst service. The manager Andy has the worst attitude ever! I wonder if this is how he leads his employees. No wonder this location has such bad reviews because the leadership is horrible as well as the burnt food. This location needs a deep cleaning and new ovens. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered pizza from this location and the pizza has been overcooked due to the nasty ovens.

Great adImosgoes but had to say 4 vs 5 for inconsistency in pizza prep and cook. This last one wasn’t cooked long enough, doughy vs crispy. Ask for well done if it matters.

This Imo’s is for take out only. We called our order in and 30 minutes later when we stopped to pick it up the order had been received but missed. Which on a busy night I understand, but after an additional 30 minute wait a simple sorry for your wait would have been nice.

They delivered my pizza to someone else and when I called to speak to the manager, the manager was rude and hung up in my face! I did not get my order or a refund. Whoever the manager was on duty on 9-7-25 at 5:30pm needs to be fired immediately!

First the eta for delivery was a 45 mins late. The ordered arrived just not what I ordered and it was cold. I call and the guy who answered was completely rude no customer service and shouldn’t work with the public. I’m sorry your high school counselor didn’t discuss your future with you!
