Visiting from out of state (Canada). My sister was trying her first experience of a St Louis staple. We drove up late on a Monday night and decided to try IMOs out. We were greeted by Cathy ?(I apologize for not remembering). We were excited on trying IMO pizza for the first time after hearing about it from our cousins who live in STL. She suggested we go with a deluxe and we were also ordering another staple.. toasted ravioli. Everything ordered arrived quickly and we drove home to eat. The pizza was tasty and tons of toppings. Crispy thin crust and lots of flavor! The toasted ravioli was also awesome. We were also treated to a couple of samples of Provel bites and a Gooey Butter cake! (Another STL favorite). The food was great and the lady that helped us that evening was awesome. 5 stars!!

As always everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I wish the extra pickles and pepperocinis I requested for my hot roast beef sandwich had been more but since there was no charge anyway I got over it quickly, especially since the actual sandwich was so great I had to share with the fam. The au jus from here has incredible flavor. My daughter’s spaghetti with meatballs was a huge portion, with enough sauce to ensure the 2 meatballs didn’t dry out the rest of the pasta, which can happen from other restaurants. Our pizzas were cooked just as we asked, same with the extra cheese for the salad, all perfect! The driver was prompt, friendly, and honored my request to be called upon arrival and met at the side door. We order from this Imo’s once a month usually and always have the same experience: a perfectly great one. Keep it up!

I never leave Google reviews because usually it doesnt bother me that much.. However I placed an online order last night for a xl pepperoni half bacon, well done. I got a deal xl with free provel bites (also asked for these well done). Both items if anything were undercooked!!!! I thought maybe the ran out of provel bites and gave me some type of cheese curd as a substitution because they didnt even look like normal provel bites. AND they only put pepperoni on one half!! The pizza and provel bites were awful. This was an order placed on Sunday evening so maybe its specific workers because its never been this bad before.

I ordered a pizza online this evening for “take out”. The pizza was good as normal. I arrived to pay for and pick up my order. The guy that took my payment mentioned they take ” take tips”. My thought was “for what?” They didn’t deliver or even bring it to a table. It was take out. Employees shouldn’t expect a tip without going out of their way or performing extra service. Very poor customer service. Someone needs to tell the employees not to expect tips, or ask for tips.

I placed a basic online order in the parking lot. I drive to the window to pay and gave a tip. I told them I would pull to the front door, as to not hold a line up. I was told my order would be 15min and would be brought out to me. Ok, I waited and watched two orders go out. At that time I realized my patience and the time frame told to me was past timeX2. I drove back around the window. Was given a pizza subpar to ordered face to face. Not a good experience and tipping to help a process doesn’t exist to anyone now. Everybody wants tips and raises but can’t do their own job

For how expensive the pizza is getting, you’d at least expect to get a decent tasting pizza. We’ve ordered the basic sausage pepperoni pizza, but have had to get extra sauce added because it’s been SO dry. Even with the extra sauce it’s hard to get down without slathering it in ranch. This location used to be very very good, but over the last year it’s really gone downhill. The ravioli and other sides are always still very good, but the main reason you go there makes it not worth it unfortunately. The staff have all been super friendly though, which makes us come back sometimes. Definitely not as frequent, though, sadly.

2/21/2026 Come in at 11:30 for a pizza and the lobby is locked. I can see people playing on their phones in the store but no one will answer the phone for an order. Just shut the place down already! No service, no food, no atmosphere, wouldn’t take an order during business hours. Someone call the BBB so they can be shut down for not having accurate hours! I’ll never be back. WORST IMO’S IN THE COUNTRY! DISGRACE TO ST. LOUIS

What a great experience here. Employees were SO friendly, made a solid recommendation of the fried ravioli which didn’t disappoint. Had the BBQ Chicken pizza which was delicious.
