Imos is a go to for pizza when the craving hits. Love the thin crust, love the cheese. They have a lot of other tasty items as well. The workers encountered were nice for the most part. The order was correct and the food was hot and fresh.

I had to leave work and drive all the way back because I found a piece of tape deep inside my salad a serious health and safety concern. To make matters worse, the person I spoke with on the phone and in person had a nasty attitude and acted like it was my fault. When I returned the salad, the employee struggled to even locate the tape, which shows how poorly the salad was prepared. I only found it by chewing. While I was issued a refund, the inconvenience of having to stop my workday and the complete lack of basic customer respect made this the single worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Made a $70 order yesterday, our pizza wasn’t cut well, and the toppings kept sliding off as we tried to pull pieces out. My partner and I also both found multiple hairs in our pizza, the first one or two we both silently brushed off until we pointed it out to one another, the more we ate the more we found. We tried to downplay it, thinking, maybe it came from our home, but it was literally baked into the pizza. They got to the point where we just threw the rest of the food away.

Oh my gosh Imos Affton!! Completely covered from edge to edge with sauce sausage mushrooms and delicious provel !! this was the crispiest most delicious pizza that I asked for well done and it is perfect!!! the best pizza I have had in a while!!! I ordered the two topping medium online special for 1199 and picked up in the drive-through very convenient! EDIT added 4/2024- still delicious and my photos have been viewed almost 100,000 times on my review from 2 years ago!!google notified me haha!
