Tonight I ordered a pizza and a 2 drinks my pizza was delivered an hr 45min later cold hard as a rock called the store told them they then laughed and said it wasn’t on them and to call the store manager monday so me and my sister decided to go up there and talk with tn manger face to face ( like we was told over the ph ) and was greeted by 2 police cars once we explained to them not only me but my mother and my 7 year old daughter vomited more then once not even 30mins after eating the pizza now my mother is in the hospital and ems said we are all most definitely positive for food poisoning hoping to talk to Chris monday if shit don’t go well we will be getting lawyers involved

Been ordering from this Imos since 1988. I’ve written them thousands of checks. They’ve always taken those checks until I wrote one for $50 and my work check had bmnot cleared yet. Last time I wrote them a check. I felt bad about that. Not a big deal. Imos were very good about this. When you’re working all the time,all you want is good food. I hope regular construction work keeps going. The people that work there are very good excellent human beings. They are all very good to me! God Bless all of them!!! Greg

I placed a delivery order from the 121 North Oaks store in St. Louis, Missouri. The pizza was delivered to my door just minutes short of two hours. The pizza was delivered to my home by Door Dash which I was not informed or asked if I was okay with that. For the record, I never used Door Dash. The pizza was so cold it’s felt like it had just came out the fridge. I Contacted the store and spoke with a guy by the name if Chris. Chris was very rude and when I asked to speak with his superior, Chris stated there is no one over him. I ended up returning to the store and this person Chris was unkept from head to toe. I hope he is not the franchise owner as he claimed to be. Chris struggled with taking refunding my money back to my card then became even more rude with me. I give this store Zero Stars!

I ordered one 2 topping pizza. I was told my order would be ready in 25 mins.I came to pick up my order an hour later and it still was not ready. The teen girl was high and was not working. They were goofing off. I literally saw the green lighter in their hand.
