Twice I ordered from here and each time there was an issue that they refused to fix. First, it was a pretty burnt small cheese pizza for my kid (who of course didn’t enjoy it because over cooking it made the crust tough to chew)
Second time was the same thing with the cheese pizza EVEN THOUGH I presented the picture (below) from the 1st order and asked them not to cook it so long. She agreed but they DID IT ANYWAY. And the Canadian bacon didn’t smell right AT ALL! But when I called they guy wasn’t bothered about the $53.00 I just spent and didn’t offer to remake it OR offer regular bacon to see if it was better. He just said, “well we just got this in yesterday” and just held the phone. And he hung up with ZERO customer satisfaction.
UPDATE: Tried them again because my family insisted. Some of the he wings were still raw and bland in flavor then the sauce for the buffalo chicken is tasteless and watery. I hate that this is where food quality and customer satisfaction has come to. An all time low, yet it’s our money that we’re spending with them. Pappa John’s here we come!!

Food is good. Service sucks… One girl in particular. Went through the drive-thru to pick up an order the girl was super rude. To the point where I didn’t even want the food and took my card back. And don’t have to use the restroom… You can’t use it there, as there’s no public restroom. But it’s okay for you to spend your money. Will not be revisiting this location

Order Imos last night from the Jefferson location since that’s the only one that delivers to my area and never again! I’ll just have to pick it up from another place next time. The pizza was hard and dry, very little to no sauce, the cheese was very dark, the wings fried very hard (difficult to chew), and I paid $12.99 for an 8 piece and only got 7 ( yeah, I count my wings). Couldn’t eat it. Worst Imos pizza I’ve ever had!

I really enjoy Imos, especially this location. I always get great food and good service. Though tonight I ordered Well Done(crispy) Wings, when they arrived the bottom of the container is completely filled with sauce. The wings are super soggy and I had to “Drain” out all the excess sauce in the container to get the bottom wings out. The Garlic bread is . Just not happy that I paid $29.50 for soggy wings when I specifically ordered them Well Done.

I normally rave about how the new S Jefferson location/ the old Gravois Imo’s is the best Imo’s in St. Louis but today I was sadly disappointed. I ordered a veggie pizza, half with no olives add bacon & sausage, and house salad for delivery. When the food came I gave the driver an $11+ tip because it came in a very reasonable amount of time. I asked him if there was red pepper and cheese in the bag before he left and he stated yes. I go inside to eat, only to find the wrong pizza that was sloppily made and no cheese or red pepper was in the bag either. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager he stated I had to come to the store to get the new pizza so I asked for my tip back but the manager said no and offered $5 off the next pizza. I said ok because I didn’t want to start an argument or get banned from the restaurant but that was very inconsiderate. #1 I paid for delivery, #2 it takes $5 of gas just to drive down there, and #3 what if I didn’t have a car to get there. Poor customer service decision that was definitely NOT COOL however my pizza was remade to perfection by the manager.

Officially done with my city’s pizza. After decades of support. I’ve found Chicago style pizza to be exceptional! My cousin from Detroit hates Imos. He said it tastes like cardboard. I’m embarrassed. I was happy about the new location on Jefferson just to find out that the staff are the same……Lazy. Oan, no condiments if you don’t ask.
