Worst Imo’s in St. LOUIS!! If you consistently want horrible customer service and non quality food, then this is the place for you!! I tried to give them a few chances to get it right or even close to right, but they refuse to produce Imo’s quality food.(see pics) The pizza tastes like they use cheap ingredients. It looks like they just stopped it together, put it in the oven and forgot about it!! Needless to say I will never return. Stay away!

My pizza wasn’t cut near as it should be I ordered two sandwiches with extra cheese one is burnt with no extra cheese my other sandwich had no extra cheese and was cold I don’t recommend this store the Manger was ignorant and refused to make it or even refun my money worse location ever !

Ordered deluxe pizza special on lunch I was told I don’t get a lot of toppings on lunch special even tho I paid an extra 3.20 for toppings. The manager said all IMOs do it differently. Never again

This store has a policy that when you pre pay for your pizza when you arrive to pick it up you have to present an id. I didn’t know that because it’s not stated in the website and was not able to get my pizza that I already pre paid for . The owner Rachel was very rude and belligerent. I will never rerun to this store in my life .
