I ordered a pizza today, the same pizza I get 2 times a month and I have always had a 5 star experience with this location. Today my pizza arrived and the toppings slid off into the corner of the box, I always request well done for this very reason. I gave 3 stars because of the toppings slid off during delivery? The delivery man is kind and I appreciate him but he didnt recall where I lived and he’s been here at lot. I know that your store like all resturants on delivery apps are swamped and busy and overworked but this is pricey to be a box of toppings and undone crust. I am now sick to my stomach because thr crust is dough and not done, just gross slop and I will never order from imos again.

My home town sure knows how to bring in the good pizza. This location in particular is way better than others. Great staff, hot, fresh, and tasty food are just waiting for you. I do wish they had music going that would add some good vibes while we’re chowing down.

You would think all Imo’s locations would be exactly the same, but they’re not. I’ve been to a few that did not impress, but I got a takeout order from the St Louis Hills location tonight and both the food AND service were top notch!! I ordered my favorite, breakfast bacon and black olives, and this pizza is absolutely freaking perfect, and staff was awesome !!! I dont know who owns it or manages it but, you’re doing a fantastic job !! Thank you. ☆☆☆☆☆+++++

I stopped by Imo’s on Hampton at Eichelberger after work to pick up a pepperoni pizza. Wheni I got home to eat it it was horrible so hard like a cardboard box. There was barely any pepperoni on the pizza they used the cheese to cover up the little pepperoni that was there. You remember how the pepperoni would sit on top now you can’t even see it, they cover up the little they put on it with cheese, now back to the horrible taste. I call to speak with the manager and let her know that the pizza was too hard the crust and the toppings, all she could say was she was sorry. I explained to here that it was for my dinner. I had to ask for a credit and when I ask how much she said she $3. I asked her was Brain there he wasn’t. I normally deal with him he always make great pizzas and if you have a complaint he will give you a refund. I’m so dissappointed with Imo’s and it ruined my dinner. I’m not sure if I will go back if so I will make sure that Brain is working. The manager was no helped that I spoke to today. She wasn’t empathetic. Now I’m still stuck with what I will eat for dinner.

If you like disgusting cheese on cardboard, then this pizza might be for you. I knew immediately when I opened the box that I wouldn’t be eating this pizza. But, I didn’t say anything to influence my wife and 10yr old. My daughter took one bite, looked at me, apologized and said she didn’t like it. I didn’t make her eat it, and I ordered 2 more pizzas from somewhere else. Complete waste of $82 to IMO’s.
The delivery was fast and polite, though! No issues there.
The GCB was equally as gross. I think the cheese might have gone bad? I don’t know, but looked and tasted sour. The fried ravioli’s were interesting, but not really something I would order again.

This is one of the best Imos in STL. Another Imos location is closer to our house by we drive to this one because it is so reliable. Friendly staff, consistent quality, pizzas are always made with care – cut right, good topping ratio, crispy crust. Been here 15+ times and have never had a bad experience.

The pizza just didn’t do it for me taste like they used mozzarella and not provolone. Other that that it was hot, ready on time and customer service was great from the older gentleman.

I ordered a 2 topping pizza special. Large size to have some extra for leftovers. I ordered for pickup. I live close. too convenient. The have new items on the menu and they deliver in your neighborhood. The counter folks were pleasant and courteous. Thank you.

Visiting from out of town. Talked my mom into Imo’s. A few minutes late, no biggie, stuff happens. Got the wrong order. Ok. No problem, we’ll call and let them know. (Unbeknownst to me, my mom did not want to do Imo’s because she has had issues before, but like I said, I talked her into it.) So we call, immediately put on hold, ok that’s fine probably busy. Lady picks up a few minutes later, asks for the order number. My mom reads the order number from her email receipt. Lady has an attitude and says no, the one on the ticket. Ok the ticket number, cool, gave it to her. We go back on hold. Guy picks up. Asks for the number again. We give it to him, explain we ordered Great Tastes of St Louis and got some random pizza, none of the sides. Dude asks us what kind of pizza, I asked how we were supposed to know? Start listing off the toppings, I guess he got annoyed and hung up on us. Kind of a bummer that I convinced my mom not to do domino’s or pizza hut to have this experience.
Edited to add: wilted lettuce in my sandwich, chicken was stale, tasted like old oil. Also, a random piece of carrot???? Plus, bread is stale as hell and difficult to chew. Idk if it’s more difficult to chew than the chicken, but its definitely at least at the same level so that’s fun. On the upside, maybe my facial muscles will become chiseled?

Imo’s pizza is always the best. This place had some great staff and got my food to me in a timely manner.
