Love Imo’s and came here to eat in restaurant since the food is one of my favorites and I was in from out of town and wanted to enjoy it nice and hot. Make sure to verify if the dining room will be open if you are arriving after 8:30 p.m. as we were told we were unable to eat in dining room at 9:10 pm on a Friday night. Website stated open until 11 pm but informed upon arrival that owner was closing dining room early. Had to get food to go and eat at home. Food was excellent as always… Toasted ravioli, pizza and also cannelloni.

Ordered pizza square meal and a large deluxe salad around 9 pm. We ate, watched a movie and went to bed. About 1 am my partner woke violently vomiting, I also had severe stomach pain. After we both stayed home from work because of the food related illness, I decided to crawl out of bed when they were open to call them to let them know about what we were experiencing and hopefully prevent others from getting sick. After letting the manager know what we had been through the night before she said “I don’t know what to tell you we have NEVER had ANYONE COMPLAIN” (As if I’m a child just “complaining”) offered no apologies, had a not my problem attitude and ended the conversation with “Well, I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m just A manager here.”

Worst customer service ever. Delivered to the wrong business that business told them it wasn’t for them driver insisted left it there they refuse to refund or fix my order. Under no circumstances should you order from this imo’s I’ll be leaving this review on every imo’s in the area do not order food from the imo’s at 14329 Manchester Road.

St Louis Pizza is unlike any other… Crust so thin it might as well be a tortilla and provolone as the cheese. That said, this was good. Crispy and delicious. At this location, staff was pleasant and helpful, food cooked and served quickly, and refills offered. Enjoyed our little stop!

I’ve lived near this Imos for a few years now and up until a few months ago the food was awesome. I recently ordered a sausage pizza and I kid you not it looked like grey soup. I don’t even know how or why it could look like that. Had a few bad experiences with employees on the inside as well and after reading some of these reviews I can see I’m not the only one. I can put up bad customer service if the food is good, but both?…nope. Gonna try the one in Ellisville.
