I ordered a delivery at 11:45. It said the ETA was 12:20. Perfect. I’m a teacher, so I only am able to eat when I have lunch or plan period. The tracker said it left the store at 12:30. At 1, I called, and it was still at least 5 minutes away. I have to teach at 1:15, so I had to cancel. No refund. No delivery. No apology. The guy said, “Oh, that sucks.” When I told him that I wouldn’t be able to eat lunch, and I still had to teach 3 more classes. No offer to even try to make it better.

Don’t get me started on this store, well let me rewrite that. Don’t get me started on the so called manager of this store I’m concerned as to where the corporate overlook is I was told by her she’s been managing for 20 years????? With this service and attitude I’m surprised this place is still in business. I placed a delivery online and I live not to far from this location, I choose to pay my gratitude with cash but for some reason my order was canceled and when I called up first I was told they don’t come to my area then I was told drivers can refuse orders I’m so confused not only was I going to tip but I’m 15min away, now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund for lunch I was expecting someone has to do something or there is gonna be no business here

I had a very disappointing experience with this Imo’s location. The delivery driver, Cam, refused to deliver an order, saying the customers could come to the store to pick it up themselves. When I called the store to address it, the manager, Sheila, said the driver has the right to refuse a delivery if a tip isn’t provided and that nothing could be done other than voiding the order. There was no empathy or professional handling of the situation. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I hope corporate reviews this incident to ensure better treatment of all customers.

Had a delivery sent to a home with Disabled persons. The pizza was paid for with a credit card in full, the delivery person demanded a tip and stated that he doses not work for free and took the pizza leaving the house hold with out lunch. The lunch was paied for and in my defense his actons was theft of our lunch. This is a home set up for the handy cap and disabled and cannot keep cash for fear of theft.
Calling the Imos location was was a rude experience leaving me with a hang up and no reimbursement on the card.

The lady behind the counter, Kelly, was very hostile in the store talking to other employees as soon as my children and I walked in. This is absolutely not the environment my children should be hearing. Afterwards I asked Kelly what did she say about her employee then she fabricated a story that was opposite of what the entire store overheard. As I began to leave Kelly then fabricated another story stating that she was threatened. It is utterly disappointing that someone saying they were threatened solely most likely due to my race. I suggest anyone not come here because of their discriminatory ways.

I live in St Louis City but I will travel this far for their food!!!!! I placed an online order on a snow day at 7:30pm. The online message read that I had 14mins to place my order due to early closing. I headed to the store but noticed I missed a call while in route at 7:45pm. When I called back Josh told me that they closed at 7pm. I asked why I was able to place an order online after they closed and why was there a message saying that I had 14mins to place my order and why did I receive a confirmation email. Josh replied they were closed and don’t have anything to do with online ordering it’s ran by corporate. I then asked for my refund and any compensation for my inconvenience. Josh told me that they refunded my order but there would be no compensation for my inconvenience. I asked for a supervisor or store owner and Josh said they are trying to close (which made no sense if they closed 45mins prior to the call) and hung up on me when I told him I was going to record the call. I called back and asked why did he hang up on me and his response was I was getting loud however I was not I was just asking questions because I was inconvenienced. I asked if Sheila was working and he said I could call back tomorrow to ask her for compensation since I know her. I asked why wasn’t that offered initially but Josh didn’t give a clear explanation why and continued to repeat that they were trying to close. I don’t know Shelia personally but my daughter and son both worked at this location previously so they both told me to ask for her. This use to be my go to IMO’s but after this experience I won’t be back. I’ll head to Twin Oaks

Love Imo’s and came here to eat in restaurant since the food is one of my favorites and I was in from out of town and wanted to enjoy it nice and hot. Make sure to verify if the dining room will be open if you are arriving after 8:30 p.m. as we were told we were unable to eat in dining room at 9:10 pm on a Friday night. Website stated open until 11 pm but informed upon arrival that owner was closing dining room early. Had to get food to go and eat at home. Food was excellent as always… Toasted ravioli, pizza and also cannelloni.

Horrible!. Delivery driver makes up lies to get put on no delivery list, which never even heard of. The manager was very rude and disrespectful, didn’t give out corporate information when asked. They make a mistake when cooking your food, and doesn’t take accountability. Tipping is OPTIONAL not GUARANTEED.
