Been eating IMO’s my whole life, much of the time has been from this location. In late October we placed our usual on what we were told was a very busy night due to a sporting event. Fair enough. The pizza was overcooked and we let it go as a one off. Three weeks later I order again and the pizza was every bit as burnt as the previous. The cheese was so brown there was no distinguishing the bacon and mushrooms toppings. Instead of crispy the crust was tough. The following week I went to the location for something else and mentioned it to an employee. I asked for nothing which is good because they offered nothing but excuses, told me my pizzas were not overcooked and how they got excellent secret shopper scores. The employee spoke over me several times. The photos attached are first my pizza then another taken from an older review. The second picture is how the pizzas look on IMO’s website and Instagram. Neither site has one that looks like mine.

When in Missouri, you absolutely have to try the Provel Bites and Toasted Ravioli. These are essential dishes! They’re perfectly complemented by their delicious dipping sauces; both the garlic sauce and meat sauce are rich and incredibly tasty. You won’t be disappointed!

I have ordered from this location multiple times now. Every time, I ask for the same minor alteration: Please bake my pizza well done. This request is ignored every single time. This time, in addition to selecting the well done option, I even repeated in the special instructions “Please dont forget well done”.
Yet again, completely ignored. Attached are photos of the NOT-well done pizza top and bottom along with my receipt showing multiple lines of “Please don’t forget well done.”
I understand that customer service is not what it used to be, but how bad has it gotten that your staff just straight up ignores customer order instructions every single time?
Not to mention, it arrives lukewarm every single time. For some reason I was recently forced to use this store when ordering with app or online which is the only way to use promo codes. I never had any of these problems at the manchester store.

I have not been there in a while but whenever I go there I get the the half bacon, mushroom, sausage and the other half I usually do Hawaiian. Their bacon is amazing. It is strips of bacon and not bacon bits. I am a person on team pineapple, LOL. So that’s always good! These sausage is really good and mushrooms are really good as well! I have not had their appetizers in a long time but they have always been good if you want to get some! The toasted ravioli and the provel bites and meat/red sauce are really good!

This was my first time visiting this store and the food I ordered was prepared Exceptional!! I can compare because of the franchise I normally visit has been awful my last 2 times ordering.. This store is much closer to my home so I’m just really glad I finally ordered my pizza and hot wings. I asked for Extra Meat…well prepared, and my wings were Well Done as requested. When I picked up my order the young lady smiled and I was pleasantly greeted..This is The Best Imos Customer Care Experience, and I’m definitely a regular, Now!!! Thank You!!!

Moved from Missouri years ago and live in florida. Luckily we can get the frozen ones but its nothing compared to fresh imos straight out the oven. That being said i never leave reviews but we ordered this pizza as soon as we got to our hotel room after driving 15 1/2 hours to get here for a funeral in a couple days. Ive been raving to my wife about how much different the pizza taste when its fresh. We ordered a large bacon/sausage and two orders of the toasted ravioli. 10/10 highly recommend. My grandfather lives in chesterfield so i know all about those particular location. Thank you for making our dinner exceptional after such a long drive and anticipation. Hopefully we will be permanently in the area next year and this WILL be our go to spot.

I spoke with Genova on 11/1/2025 to place an order. She spoke clearly and was extremely helpful. She repeated by order back to me and gave me my total without me asking!

As tourists from up north, we were amazed that we found this gem! This is worth a stop! The provel bites are amazing! The staff here went above and beyond for us. If you’re in the area, stop for lunch!

Got the Deluxe Pizza. It was cold and Dry. Was it was cooked days ago. It was the worst I have ever had. The lady at the counter seemed overwhelmed and it wasn’t busy.
