I have been going to this IMOS and spending money for a couple years consistently. On their site they list an order minimum but I would always call and talk to an associate who would say it was okay to get the lunch special even though it was just shy of the minimum. I would give the driver $20 which gave them a good tip and if I had a couple dollars it would also go to a tip. I cannot drive and I’m often low on cash so I like to keep it low when it’s just me for lunch. Now this location completely refuses my business if I don’t unnecessarily buy more items. They refused delivery so I had to cancel. I called the other IMOS which was more than happy to deliver. The driver knows me and knows I tip well, but now the owner has not only lost business for himself as I will now never give them a dime, but that driver lost his regular good tipper. The owner at this location seems to not even be present, not true for the owner at the Jeffco location who I will now be giving all my business to. I was loyal to El Lago for their driver, but they don’t want my money so they do not get it when I want to spend $50 for the whole family either.

I placed an online order and less than 2 minutes after placing the order I called to adjust a pizza size. I was placed on a brief hold and when then person came back she stated that the pizza cannot be changed because it was already in the oven. Again, less than 2 minutes after placing the order and delivery was supposed to be over an hour out, so now is my pizza going to be sitting under a hot box for over an hour?? She was not helpful and didn’t offer to assist in any other way. Poor customer service. I would’ve paid the difference but now they’ve lost a repeat customer instead.

While I picked up our order, I noticed the manager chewing out some other guy about why he doesn’t give him fill orders because he can’t focus on finishing the first order without jumping to a different one, all while customers were in front of store. Food is good, beside marinara sauce under my wings instead of ranch lol. Must’ve been the guy jumping orders. Anyways show a little more understanding and help dude be guiding him right don’t embarrass the kid because YOUR frustrated because Your coworkers were trained properly . (Or could be a new hire) still don’t be rude

There was an accidental swap on one of our appetizers- management was quick to make it right and had them to me very quickly, I live close so it was an easy accommodation. I appreciate the follow through and nice people!

Imos pizza is no longer like it use to be. Once always a fan and bragged about our local style. Now, has less cheese and whatever cheese they are using in place of the premiere provolone, lacks taste and creaminess. So disappointed.

My daughter ordered 8 XL one -topping pizzas on Saturday 9/6/2025 for a birthday party and paid $145 for them. When she picked them up at 12:45pm, they were cold and very dry like they had been sitting there for quite some time. The two pineapple ones weren’t as bad, but the two bacon, two pepperoni, and two cheese pizzas, were hard, dry, and somewhat burnt. Very disappointed with the quality of these pizzas and the price she paid for them.

I’m from the Chicagoland area and was down visiting a friend. They told us we had to try Imos because they use something called Provel on their pizzas. So to try it we went in and ordered a small cheese pizza. If you’re used to traditional pizza the provel was very different but not necessarily in a bad way if you have an open mind about it not being traditional mozzarella. My biggest complaint was when I realized they didn’t even put sauce on the pizza. Crust and cheese…thats it. Since when is sauce something you have to ask for when ordering a pizza. (Is that a St. Louis thing?) Not the greatest experience for the first time. I did however like the thin cracker type crust.

I don’t know what’s wrong with these people they will not follow instructions. Clearly made it known that we have a mushroom allergy so we said no mushrooms on the deluxe they put them on there anyway. It literally says on the receipt no mushrooms. We paid for two 16-in pizzas only got one, other was 12″. This is probably the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. This one location gives the whole entire franchise a bad name. And $100 for two pizzas and a salad I should get what I paid for.

Yes I ordered 2 pizzas delivered and they arrived with no sauce I called the next day and the manager agreed to credit me 2 pizzas to be at no cost in the future ! 10 days later I called and ordered them and told the KID the reason why I was credited he immediately refuted my claim ! I told him I was in the the food industry for years and knew if there was sauce on it or not so agreed to send the pizzas I waited for 1 1/2 hours for them and no pizza so I called and know one would answer the phone so folks enter at your own risk and just hope your order comes to you correct ! It’s ok though I have another store close to me that treats me with respect and not with a childish attitude !!!!!
