I ordered an XL BYO pizza that was supposed to be half bacon half cheese. There was no bacon and the pizza was overcooked to make it hard to tell that there was none. I did not notice until I made it the 35 min drive home. I’m pissed, I consider it a huge waste of $25 luckily my husband will eat the plain cheese. I will be making myself something else.

They have switched back to PEPSI here after years of having Coke. And NO DR PEPPER or ICED TEA to avoid it except for a few other puke-flavored sodas. So I paid for soda but I drank water.
I remember never going to Imo’s before because they had Pepsi.
Looks like I won’t be going to Imo’s again.
Also, they have started playing the ignoramus “cash or card” game so they can screw you a little if you use a card to pay.
This all adds up to a business/owner who doesn’t know or care about customer service and satisfaction. And who also doesn’t know much about running a business or a restaurant.
There are plenty of other pizza places out there. I will be finding one soon.

This location asked me to do something I’ve never had to do and I know it was all about them warning a tip for me picking up a pizza. What do the drive-through went to pick up pizza that I had already paid for online and she has a clipboard for the receipt for a place to add a tip. I’m so sick of all this tipping bullshit and this is the only location of Imo’s and I’ve tried several all around the St. Louis Metro area that I’ve ever had asked me to do this.

I NEVER leave negative reviews. They would not deliver to my business .3 miles away. They said because it’s not in the google maps. Very sad. I have always been a die hard Imos lover!! If you love IMOs try JOES PIZZA right next door. Not only were they super friendly and happy to deliver, but found my NEW favorite pizza by far!! So if you see this do yourself a favor and call JOES pizza right next door!!

Arrived 8 minutes early for a scheduled pick up. Once I signed the receipt the cashier asked the cook how long on the pizza. He then proceeded to ask her if she could see the time on the receipt. He said “it’s scheduled for 6:30, they have 8 minutes.” He continued to complain about me being early, despite me never inquiring about the wait. At the end of his rant he said “we should take a cup of water and dump it in their face”. At that point I requested that my order be canceled. The boy in the back who had been talking came out and said I was good to go then. I said I would wait until the order was canceled and I had a new receipt. I said that was not professional, and he said it was just a joke they all make.

Was in town at a hotel, we were hot, hungry, and tired. By the time I ordered and got situated good the food we ordered arrived! So quick, and I ordered a chef salad and wings it was by far the best salad I have had in awhile…well worth it! Good ending to an overall bad day! here also is a pic of my salad after I had my fill. My only recommendation to anyone ordering get an extra ranch you will need it.

One of the nicer ones facility wise. Had to ask for each thing needing stocked on the salad bar and it wasn’t that busy, but the place was clean and the orders came up correctly. Overall worth a visit.

St Lewis pizza is my favorite kind of pizza, and Imos is st Louis pizza. The crust is thin and crispy like it should be. I have been to this particular location a few times because it’s easy to stop at while passing through and not having to go downtown. Also, the toasted ravioli is delicious (another unique st Louis food). Would highly recommend Imos if you are a pizza lover like myself. The service here is always top notch too.
