The few times I have order here. They had food right out,hot and fresh! Tonight I ordered at 8pm pizza was delivered 8:31pm. Delivery person was super friendly.I sent my son to door to get. He asked my son did he have it made sure he had. Good job Team!!

Every imo’s location slightly differs. Avoid this one. Mediocre at best. I ordered delivery and the cashier ‘Jaeda’(receipt) had me repeat my card number over and over but did not get my toppings right. They did add pepperoncini but you should see it lmao, a joke. I just ate it because waiting another hr for them to bring a new pizza a mile and a half down the street is ridiculous on a Tuesday afternoon. Idk whatever alternative you choose just read the room and judge their cognitive abilities as you order and change your mind if you have any doubts not thin slicing the pepperoncini is absolutely hilarious, gotta be a staff thing.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – ordered a Large Deluxe Pizza which has sausage, mushroom, onions, green pepper, and bacon. We wanted to try a “Original St. Louis Style Pizza” since they advertise their thin, crispy, and crunchy crust. I quite enjoyed the pizza overall as the toppings compliment the thin crust compliments quite well. The SO who only loves fluffy crust wasn’t the biggest fan but rated the pizza well overall still.

Ordered delivery. Luckily looked out door about time for delivery and found pizza and soda sitting ON THE GROUND. There is a small table outside he could have set on. Driver did not knock on door (I was sitting right by the door). Called the store. Mngr checked with driver he said he knocked. NO he did not. She offered to make a new one and exchange with old one. Told her grandkids already eating and the pizza was cold. She said “sorry that happened Love. “

Imo’s is a highly recommended pizza spot in St. Louis. Maybe the only pizza spot that’s recommended. They make a great thin crust and use that special cheese blend, and it makes a good pizza. They’ve also got interesting side options.

What more can be said about this place. Pizza is ready quickly. Place seems clean. Staff is nice. Lots of parking as next to everything. Prices are ok.
Rewards program adds up fast. 2 pizza’s I got a soda next time. One medium pizza is 2-3 meals for me. Online you get better deals it seems. Takes 10-15 minutes if thier not busy.They do offer paper plates.
Imo’s is the best Pizza I think I ever had and I from the Chicago area and tried it all even down town (Unio’s, Rosati’s and Giordano’s). I like a thin crust pizza and the cheese. I do cheese and pineapple.
No stores carry them frozen I checked not Walmart down the street. I wanted to bring some to people a ways away.

I purchased a Deluxe pizza on two different occasions and they were delicious! The staff really did a good job making the pizza with care. Not too much sauce and not burnt. Thank you!

4 1/2 out of 5. Food is good, salads are great. Some staff are “very young” so orders can definitely get messed up. We’re all human everyone makes a mistake now and then. Overall though great place to eat 100% recommend

After traveling almost 20 minutes to the Fairview Heights, Illinois Imos… I ordered hot wings, pizza, and a chef salad. I got all the way home to sit down and eat to discover they gave me alll drummers! I feel like crying! I called back to talk to the manager he admits they were wrong to give me all drummies but wasn’t willing to right their wrong! He wanted me to spend another 40 minutes to go all the way there and back again to bring the chicken back… as if gas is free. After spending almost $50 to have my dinner ruined disgust me! I feel I should be able to come back tomorrow perhaps to get all flats since they didn’t give me ANY the first time! I am furious to say the least!

Imo’s is by far one of the best tasting pizzas on the planet …. If there is any way to get some try it….. You definitely won’t be disappointed the Cheese is so creamy, the sauce is perfect not overly seasoned and the crust is so crunchy delectable
