I ordered a chef salad. There was not much chef meat. about a half teaspoon. Never found any cheese. They should be ashamed. When I order a chef salad. That is what I expect.

First off, this location is the BEST in the area! Their customer service, attitudes, consistency, and quality is FAR SUPERIOR to other Imos locations. I LOVE Godfrey, IL Imos! I am amazed at how they have the sweetest, friendly, and ready to serve, staff! THANK YOU for that! It is not very often that you find a team of people that are consistently trying to go above and beyond for their customers and community! Today, I went in for a favor and without any hesitation, Godfrey Imos was generous and gracious enough to help out our local school with a donation and we appreciate it so much! The Evangelical School Family is lucky to have such a kind and supportive business behind them! I couldnt be more thankful for our town’s location! I placed a delivery order for two orders of pasta, among other things, but only received one. The manager assured it would only take 30 minutes to bring the second order out. It arrived 55 minutes later. No one should have to pay delivery fees and tip when it takes close to two hours to get your complete meal. I’m stuck eating by myself since everyone else ate while their food was hot. Imo’s used to be so much better than this.

We placed our order at 5:40 to be picked up at 6:45. We arrived late to pick up our order and were told that they forgot to make part of our order. We went to wait in the car and requested that the food be brought out when it was done being made. We waited about 20 minutes and the food never came out. We called and were told oh we didn’t know we were supposed to bring it out. The manager came out and we requested a 50% discount on our $50 order and were told that would be no problem. I looked at my bank statement today and no discount was given. I called today to confirm the discount and was told oh well you were late picking the order up anyways. We will give you a 20% discount. If we were late anyways wouldn’t that have given more time to actually make our order. Apparently it takes 2 hours to make an order. The customer serive is horrible and the management was rude and dis not appropriately remedy their error. I will never order from there again and am contemplating requesting to speak with the owner of this location.

Spent $66 dollars at this place and the Pizza was terrible. Hard unable to chew it. It wasn’t fresh at all. They didn’t make that 16′ pie fresh. I knew something was up when my order was very quick. It really felt like they just warmed up the pie that was sitting out from maybe another order earlier that didn’t get delivered or picked up and they just decided to send it to me because it matched what i ordered. My advice to anyone else ordering Pizza from this place is to customize it to better your chances of it being made fresh. I’ll never order from here again.
