Normally, I absolutely love this place. Everything is delicious and well made. Today was not that day. I ordered on DoorDash like I usually do on Thursdays and when I got my order, my Gains Bowl was half full, with maybe 1 small strawberry on it. Usually they’re filled to the lid. I normally don’t do this but I called and I asked about it and was told they had a rush so they filled some with less Açaí. No offer to rectify the situation or anything. I paid $15 for a half full bowl. That’s really disappointing since I’ve spent a lot of money there.

Amazing place to grab some fresh cold pressed juice and some filling smoothies. Stop by during my lunch break and grabbed their Cash Cao smoothie. The smoothie was filling and tasty. Also, grabbed some cold pressed juice to go, they gave us a special cooler and ice pack to keep the juice fresh. Overall, would definitely come back to grab more cold pressed juice.
Don’t forget to asked for their stamp card, where you get a free juice after returning 10 clean bottles.

Stopped in the downtown location on my lunch break and had a great experience. The employees were so nice and helped me pick out juices to bring home and try. The smoothie I got was delicious. Will definitely be stopping by again!

Wow! Love this place. We stopped in today for the first time and decided to try the Gains Acai Bowl, PB Cup Smoothie and Super Berry Smoothie with organic pea protein. All three were delicious. We also got to sample 3 of their juices which left me wanting more. There is no doubt that we will be back!

got an acai bowl, more expensive than I thought it was going to be, but a normal price for these kinds of things. It tasted great and the people working there were super friendly. The smoothies looked really good. It’s pretty moderately priced for a juice bar but if it were slightly less then I’d come here more often. They have vegan options for everything and good quality ingredients.

Wow! This smoothie place is awesome. Three of us stopped in on a whim and we were thrilled with the experience. We ordered a Blue Island Bliss, Strawberry Dream, and a Super Berry. All the smoothies were fresh and delicious. We sat at the bar and they treated us to a couple samples of some of the fresh juice they served. Again, the juice was fresh and absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the service was welcoming and friendly. All three of us would highly recommend stopping here, more than once.

Just ordered from Immersion for the first time. I was amazed and stunned at how good it all was ! The juice is FRESH. The Acai bowl was amazing. Even the packaging is top notch. I will certainly be coming back here. Wow.
