If I could, I would put a zero. The rudest stuff ever. Don’t go to the Illusions club. If you leave your full drinks on the table and go dance, they throw them away without any warning. There is no any sign about that, nobody gonna tell you that, you just have to born with knowledge of that. Robert pretended as manager and Andre as security, very “important guy,” the rudest people I have ever met in my life for 14 years of living in Sacramento. We were really polite and nice to explain our complaints, but instead of resolving our situation, they were with attitude and tried to kick us out of the facility. The worst service ever. Honestly, I never had experience like that in any other place. So shame to people like them and so sad to have such bad customer service at so big Casino in capital.

I took my wife and friends out to this scamming bar. After opening a tab for drinks, I won money at the black jack table. When it came time to close the tab, I asked the bartender if I could pay in the chips I won and he told me, “sure.” I told him not to charge my credit card and gave him 75 dollars in chips for a 54 dollar tab. My wife and I left right after transaction. The next day I found out the bartender charged my credit card anyways and kept the money. When I gave upper management the chance to make it right, they admitted I paid with chips but stated I bought more drinks and then left without consuming them?? What! They watched my one transaction and this is all they could come up with to protect a thieving employee. Guess you lose a paying customer and can keep a thief on your payrolll!

$10.00 cover for a DJ. Might have been fine except the had 2 (TWO!) bar stools and 1 small sofa at the dance floor. All other seating was roped off for “bottle service only”. DJ paid too many mixes ( switching from one dance song to another too quickly), then it got fairly “techno”. Saturday night after a concert, around 10-11. Had to leave just to sit for a minute, cause cant dance the whole time to techno.

Armando was very rude but he would not serve drinks unless we all showed ID. Even though we weren’t all together in the bar and not everyone was drinking. Some were outside the bar in the casino area so it was really weird. We weren’t getting drinks for anyone but ourselves. He wouldn’t even give water and we weren’t belligerent. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Would not recommend! Armando is not a great server at all.

Service on a Thursday night was very slow. The girl bartender looked upset about something. Drinks are very expensive. Go to a bar in the center of the casino, they have happy hour , more fun and better prices.

It’s nice it’s in a casino, but it’s not very nice that they charge to enter even for card members. In addition, it’s not very busy with expensive drinks. Not worth the cover charge.
