The ambiance here is great. Our 8:45 reservation was timed perfectly as the Disney fireworks that go off at 9. Service was a little slow but friendly. The food was good, try the crab meat watermelon or croquettes as appetizers the couple of rolls were tasty too. The cherry blossom desert was nice as well.

The restaurant has a pleasant ambience. They have beautiful views and the setting is relax and chill. They serve Japanese tapas. The food was good and the drinks were amazing. The only downside I had was that I made reservations way ahead of time for a table. I guess they had given my table to someone else and sat me at a very small side table. This was upsetting because I went with my husband to celebrate an occasion and we were limited to how much we can order because the table was so small. The seats weren’t right next to each other so we had to kind of shout to talk. Other then that, it’s a great place to go for drinks and tapas.

I had made a reservation here at Illume for my girlfriend and I’s anniversary and we were served an amazing experience. The hostess was very kind and quick to greet us, asking if we had a reservation. She was able to give us a table that we requested outside and our server greeted us right away. Jacob was our server and he was very knowledgeable of the menu and attentive to our requests! If you dine at Illume, I highly recommend requesting Jacob as your server. We enjoyed the rooftop views, especially when the firework shows from Disney parks were on. The food and drinks taste amazing and Jacob had some great recommendations. I tried the Sake (salmon) Sashimi and then we shared a cold Tozai Sake. Both our desserts were also nicely presented and tasted just as great! We definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a chill night out.

Fun Japanese fusion restaurant/bar in a Marriott hotel. They got huge rooftop balcony with Epcot view and that is very nice. It’s a big venue with big bar inside too. Even tho we went there 30min before there closing time, waiters were super nice and accommodating too. We got everything we wanted and no one ever pushed us out. They are open til midnight so it was perfect for me when u flew in late and still neeed to grab some food.

This is actually one of my favorite places and I’m quite surprised I hadn’t reviewed it yet. It’s close to home and definitely gives lux vibes. I mean you’re on the JW rooftop with access to the 9pm Disney fireworks. Reservations are a must. I absolutely love their cocktails and the sushi is so fresh and delicate. The service is exceptional. The views are to die for. My favorite is the firebird cocktail. It comes in a bird flute glass.

Fantastic Japanese restaurant/bar The huge rooftop balcony with the view of the fireworks is very nice. The dragon’s breath roll is amazing but the winner of the night was the GYU NO KANI ROLL it was perfect for us and finally, the SAKANA FRITTERS is mind-blowing. Recommend this restaurant

Illume is an absolute gem! The food? The quality and presentation is simply put, the best! Staff members are attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Cocktails are unique, and inventive. Pleasing the eye, and palate, while complimenting both food and atmosphere. Everything we have eaten and drank on multiple visits here has left us smiling! We’ve tried staff recommendations and they’ve always picked winners! Easy to see how, since it is apparent that the entire menu, chefs and staff are winners!

Fantastic sushi based restaurant with a few options for those who prefer chicken or beef. Vegetarian options also available. The compressed watermelon with crab meat appetizer was an amazing combination starter. The Dragon’s Breath roll had the right amount of heat with subtle flavors, and the Wellness Roll is a flavorful vegetarian roll. The steak kabobs were great and come with a variety of dipping sauces. The view is great overlooking Disney’s Epcot.
