I love coming to a new place and being crazy surprised by good food and great service!
A Tuesday at 7.30p, the line was 10 deep and when I was placing my order there were 10 plus more behind me. Have no fear fellow burrito lovers, tonight’s team crushed it with FAST Friendly service.
Kick those chain burrito places to the curb. THIS Illegal Pete’s location has the talent to make you come back.
Solid kitchen, good bar and 11 tvs.
I’m a neighborhood guy and this place won me over BIG TIME.

New favorite burrito spot. Pricing in between Qdoba and Chipotle but portions are WAY better with more sauce options like poblano pesto which was ! Staff was friendly, service was . Plus they have a bar with a good beer and cocktail selection. Nobody really wants to drink at qdoba.

Great place for hanging out with friends on weekends maybe having some nachos and watching football. The food is great and I love their chicken nachos. I ordered the kids size but it still was very big and easily filled me up. Great job of giving out what customers want quickly! Great place would highly recommend!

The food is pretty good (better than most fast food) and there are a lot of options. They generally move you through the line quickly, though there’s a lot of variance in when an individual item will come out (e.g., some people might be done eating by the time the last item is ready).
I have had this amusing experience every time I’ve gone, 4 times so far: at the counter, at the moment when I’m about to press a button for the tip, I ask them if we should come up to the counter or if they’ll bring it out. They have *always* said they’ll bring it out, and they have *never* brought it out and instead have shouted out our names. I don’t mind picking up food at the counter at all (I prefer it actually), but if you have “tip guilt”which makes you give generous tips (like I do), know that they’ll tell you one thing and do another.

The food is okay. Service was slow. But the most annoying thing was the fact they wanted the patio doors open when it was freezing and instead of the manager telling the truth, she lied telling my party of 8 that the door had to stay open due to fire code!!! Lol one of the employees on the line told the truth that they wanted the door open because it gets hot in the kitchen! How about getting some ventilation for your employees so your customers don’t have to be uncomfortable while trying to eat?? SMH I’m just being honest if it wasn’t for the bar here, I’d go somewhere else.

We ordered Illegal Petes for our volleyball banquet at Fairview high school. Vicky was absolutely amazing. She is professional , prepared, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and particularly the salsas! We enjoyed every bite while watching our slide show! Would definitely use them for catering again

Moving from Australia to Boulder I was once lost, but now I am found- in the warm and friendly embrace of the Fantastic Barkeep, James. Unfortunately ladies he is not single as His margaritas are second to none, pulls a beer like Leonardo DiCaprio pulls women, and the beers look even better!

We catered a high school soccer banquet with Pete’s Classic bar and got rave reviews. It was so easy! Everything was ready when I arrived and they prepared with every detail. They even provided matches to light the sternos and bags of water to fill the steam trays. Tons of serving utensils too. I would use them again, no question!
