I like the decor of the place. When we came the business’s name wasn’t illuminated (at all) so that might need fixing. It would be cool if the ingredients were labeled a bit so staff didn’t have to tell us what several things are. My burrito was good, it made for great leftovers after. I was pleased that they had regular Minute Maid lemonade there instead of the sugar free kind.

We have been going to other ilegales Pete location and had an amazing experience we decided to try this one and sadly cost gave the best experience startup with ordering the person we felt very rush we don’t eat cheese and he smother our nachos with liquid cheese didn’t give me a second to even think missed black beans and the food was not a good as the other place where they even gave us avocado for no cheese this place we just had a bad flavor due to the service

The atmosphere is very nice and it was actually really clean. The food was okay — our queso was just so watery. The chips had no salt on them, too. Finally, the bartender made it so obvious he was upset for not getting a tip for pouring a drink while I’m standing right there. Pretty ridiculous, and why I rated the service 3. All other employees were super professional.

Cute local burrito joint that offers good quality food. I ordered the chicken nachos. It came in a large portion with deliciously fresh ingredients. They had a bar and lots of indoor seating. The employees were so kind and helpful!

I usually like illegal Pete’s food. I love how they mix your burritos and everything is usually tasty. Today I got a bone in my rolled tacos. It was the size of my finger. I have no idea how this was missed; it’s huge. The quality is really going down here

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Anthony at the Illegal Pete’s in the Denver Tech Center. Every time I walk in, this dude brings the perfect mix of professionalism, great energy, and down-to-earth vibes. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and wants everyone to have an awesome experience.
He’s always quick with recommendations, remembers orders like some kind of food-service wizard, and somehow keeps the mood light even during the busiest rushes. Plus, he’s a big gaming guy, which automatically makes him even cooler — every conversation feels like talking to a friend who’s got great taste in burritos and boss fights.
Anthony is the kind of employee that makes you want to keep coming back. Illegal Pete’s is already great, but he takes it to another level. Absolute rockstar. Highly recommend stopping by if he’s working.

I’ve noticed a consistent difference between ordering in person and online. In-store orders are higher quality with better portion sizes, while online orders often feel smaller and less carefully prepared.

We enjoyed the Mexican food at Illegal Pete’s. The Baja Fish tacos and bowls were very good and something that differentiates this restaurant from other restaurants such as Chipotle or Qdoba. The value of the dishes were also pretty good for the price. We will be back again.
