I got food poisoning from the salad I ate in the restaurant on Wednesday July 2023. I need a full refund. I didn’t think this would happen here in this restaurant but maybe the lettuce should be fresh & free of brown pieces in the salad. I tried to get in touch with the owner but there was no email available on their website. The Pasta with meat sauce was decent & the two sugar free ice teas.

I’ve had better pizza, the sauce on the Buffalo chicken slice was just okay, and the plain cheese silician crust was hard and all bread, and sauce wasn’t that great. Reason why I gave 1 star was because 1 expensive for the quality, and 2 not the best pizza I had. I give them a C – for effort, but I won’t be returning to buy more pizza from them.

Ordered by phone. Told 1 hour. Waited more than an hour and a half, then called, but no answer! No dinner! Have no idea what happened. My cardiologist will love these guys… My family (and everyone I tell), not so much!

I am a regular at this location, I placed an online order that after 3 hours of waiting and talking to the resturant it never arrived. I called slice to report the problem and they called the resturant and the person on the phone chilano or whatever his name is lied to them and told them the food was delivered so my refund was refused. Having no other option but to report to my credit card company. The guy on the phone was the most uneducated person I have ever spoke to and he told me on a recorded video I have that he purposely lied to slice about the food being delivered. He refused to give me any manager information or to put them on the phone. Pretty strange how no manager is available on a weekend . Now I will continue to follow my dispute and never buy anything from here again.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. I typically order from here often. Sometimes through slice which their online website directs you to and sometimes by calling. Today will be the last time I ever give this restaurant my money. I placed an order online at 5:30, it was projected to be delivered by 6:45/7:00. By 7:15 when I didn’t recieve my order I called. After a conversation back and forth telling the phone guy what had happened he assured me that I didn’t need to re-place the order and that he would have it out in 15-20 minutes. At 8pm I called again still not having recieved my order, this time he is telling me that slice has their own drivers (which is not true) and if I would have called he would have had my order to me within an hour (which is not what I asked). He said I had to take this entire issue up with Slice and refused to tell me if they actually ever made my order or not. I then contacted Slice in effort to get a refund for the food I still havent recieved. They need to check with the restaurant before processing. When they called the restaurant he lied and said the order was made and delivered. When I called back he admitted to lying to slice. This guy was seriously lacking a brain. He is the last person I would choose to have interacting with my customers. He does not know up from down and he is the reason I will never order from this restaurant again. Get better staff. Do better.

The food is great here. Reminds of a pizza shop I used to frequent in Brooklyn. I’ve had there regular Pizza slice, chicken parm sandwich, tortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken and there stuffed shells. All very tasty and delicious
