Every dish we had is sooooo delicious, especially the truffle risotto is out of the world.
Experience is wonderful as well, we were offered complimentary prosecco and antipasto to start the meal.
The staff is really sweet! She offered us a beautiful dessert on the house as she saw that I’m pregnant.
My only wish is that this restaurant would be open to public not just members and guests only.

What an incredible find in such an unexpected place. Right up there with other great restaurants in Monterey and Carmel. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating, and just wonderful. We’ll be back!

This dining room is tucked away in a private corner of CordeValle Resort. The dining room is fairly small and intimate as is the whole dining experience. The menu is well curated and each dish created with care. The head chef a former accountant of all things from Italy knows what he is doing! Glad he followed his culinary calling.

Everything I tried on the menu was amazing. A rustic but fancy Italian restaurant led by an Italian chef from Tuscany. But there’s more than just pasta and the bread is freshly baked. You can’t miss the breadsticks that are smoked with rosemary right at your table. Chef’s kisses all around.
