I would say 50-60% of the time you get about 6-8 pieces total of Sausage and 3 or 4 pieces bell pepper, this time I had 4 or 5 pieces of bell pepper and I paid for double peppers(Pics attached). You will also see in the pics thats theres only about 5 pieces of Sausage on the whole pizza & the biggest one is about the size of a dime……but loaded with basil to cover the spread and make it look full.
I get things are expensive but If im paying extra to add toppings on my pizza, I expect the toppings to at least be sufficient enough to have some of each on each of the pieces.
This complaint honestly comes after about ordering the same thing about 15-20 times and having it happen over and over. I LOVE their pizza but paying $32(plus tip) for a large pizza that barely has any protein or veggies on is kinda ridiculous when you are paying extra for toppings you aren’t receiving majority of the time. Only reason Im leaving this review about these issues is, there’s absolutely no way to get in touch with them on the phone to speak directly on the issue. I would have rather spoken directly with the restaurant because we do love it and want to continue to support but we would also like to receive fairly what we are paying extra for.
Sorry for the long rant. If this problem was solved, it would be 5 stars all day long 24/7.
I live in the neighborhood and genuinely want to support local businesses, but pizza is often a spontaneous decision. Requiring advance planning like this makes it really hard to choose this place, especially when there are so many other great local pizza spots that don’t have this policy.
I hope they reconsider, because I’d love for this to be a regular neighborhood go-to.
In response to the reply:
Thanks for the clarification. I’d encourage you to revisit the messaging on your website around the 24-hour notice requirement, as the language currently comes across more as a barrier than helpful guidance. Especially for first-time customers.
That lack of clarity ultimately led me to take my order elsewhere this week. First impressions matter, and the current wording feels more discouraging than inviting, particularly for something as spontaneous as pizza.
The next day leftover slice warmed was better than most freshly made pizzas.
