Fantastic dining experience last night at il seme. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. Madison was friendly, attentive, and informative guiding my menu choices.
The focaccia bread and balsamic butter were outstanding. My only regret was not being able to devour all four pieces.
The fettuccine with braised beef was rich in flavor and the ultimate comfort food after a long week traveling around OK. Last but not least, the affogato with brown sugar gelato provided a perfect ending to the meal.
Not sure when I’ll be back to OK, but will always have fon memories of il seme!

Great experience! Server was friendly and helpful with questions. The atmosphere was very chill and never felt rushed.
Had the sweet potatoes (yummy but nothing special). A friend had the gnocchi with mushrooms which was yummy, though the sauce was a little plain. And I had the agnolotti with tuscan kale sauce which was also delicious. I felt the portions could have been a smidge bigger given the cost, but everything tasted great. I appreciated that the menu showed the different farms used to source the food, and I recognize that takes extra care, so I think the cost was worth it 🙂 But just a forewarning that you may wish to get apps along with your main entree.

A delightful meal from start to finish. Il Seme is a sister restaurant of the Farm Bar, one of the absolute best restaurants in town. Il Seme is their take on an Italian focused dining experience. The focaccia bread is a must (the butter is amazing) and I highly recommend the trout if it’s on the menu. The menu is limited and changes frequently and everything we’ve tasted was delicious. The one area that needs improvement would be the bar options, particularly dessert drinks. The choice is quite limited and could easily be improved.

Il Seme was incredible from start to finish. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully made, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere felt warm and special, and you can tell there’s real heart behind everything they do. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Tulsa. Everyone should try it.

Some confusion at the host stand at first, but that got resolved quickly. The space is a dark and cavernous room, a little noisy, but nicely decorated. Our waitperson was very attentive and friendly.
We were told the menu is ‘farm to table’ then they recommended a trout special– flown in from Idaho.
Both pasta dishes were delicious with large portions.

I loved my experience at il seme. I was in town visiting a customer and was staying very close by at The Mayo. I went in right when they opened and bellied up to the bar where I was taken care of by the wonderful staff. I ordered multiple things to eat a bite or 2 and took the leftovers. Every single thing was amazing. The ragu was so delicious and the homeade pasta and gnocchi….superb. No complaints, not one! Can’t wait to get to Tulsa again to eat at il seme!!

We loved Farm Bar so decided to give the sister restaurant a try! The cozy atmosphere is wonderful and food is amazing! We all ordered different dishes and had desserts which were so delicious and fresh!
