3 course fixed price meal was excellent value for money in this stylish Italian restaurant that is hidden away like a speak easy. All the dishes we ate were beautifullt cooked and presented. Mum and I ate Friday lunch there and will definitely be going back with more friends, its a good place for eating with friends or a little romance.

Il Sapore is a true hidden gem! My wife and I indulged in their seafood pasta, which was absolutely delicious—fresh, perfectly cooked, and served piping hot. For dessert, we were blown away by the exquisite raspberry panna cotta and the delectable tiramisu. The service was warm and friendly, making the experience all the more enjoyable. A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine

Atmosphere – was quiet as mid-week and we were pretty much first in but gradually improved. Service was good overall however difficult to flag the waiter down as we were around the corner so had to wait a little. Food was great – fillet steak underdone so had to return half way through – not really an issue – very nice experience overall and highly recommend.

I have a health reason for needing no salt and this restaurant could not have been more accommodating. They cooked my veg and salmon without salt and my husband had a delicious pizza. The service was amazing. Best kept secret in north Bristol!
