This Italian restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is full of authentic flavor. The highlight for me was definitely the bruschetta – incredibly fresh, crispy, and full of delicious taste. You can really feel the love and quality in every bite. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! The lobster pasta and grilled octopus were out of this world — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. One of the best meals I’ve had in Malta — highly recommend!

It was an amazing dining experience at Il ristorantino Italiano. I have never tasted fresher seafood in my life before maybe we went there on a fresh delivery day or whatever I have to mention it. It also tasted so good and the service was accordingly. If I ever go back to Valetta this restaurant would be the first place to visit.

My favourite restaurant in Malta. The fish is incredibly fresh and so perfectly cooked that it melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is unique: just a few metres from a very busy street, yet you still enjoy full intimacy, and the noise feels like a distant memory. Service is outstanding and the prices are reasonable. We visited a few years ago, and we’re delighted to see that nothing has changed.
P.S. On our last night in Malta, we chose a Michelin-starred restaurant—and we regretted not coming back here instead.

Absolutely amazing place with a top quality food and a fantastic service. Very welcoming atmosphere and most helpful staff. We just had the best octopus and lobster linguine, pistachio linguine, and a bottle of wine. They were so good. Highly recommended

We had amazing and fresh seafood here. You should definitely try the grilled octopus in garlic as starters! And the lobster pasta and king prawns were equally fantastic! Great service and kind hostess! Just all in all a really great dining experience

We got the mixed frittura, the 400g octopus, and the linguine allo scoglio all split between two people. The portions are very generous which was great, and the food was fantastic. Great service, only improvement would be to maybe have fans out in very hot August weather 🙂 but otherwise very happy
