Really enjoyed eating here during our ski day. It’s a solid spot for lunch at A Basin, but you are limited with the menu operating at such a high altitude. So it’s less cooked foods and more charcuterie, salads, sandwiches, and flatbread.
We got the Anti Pasto and Pane Piatto – Verdura + Aperol spritz.
Can’t get ice so the Aperol spritz was cold but warmed up quickly.

Five star view. More like a Euro-style ski lunch experience. Ingredients are imported and pretty high quality. Supposedly this is the highest elevation restaurant in the US?

Reservations made by leaving a name on the list. Waits can be up to two hours, so get a couple runs in the meantime.

We came back again and we were equally impressed with the food, service, and sustainability. Wow! Such a fantastic spot. A must do at A Basin. The food was great. Portions are huge! The antipasti platter for two is a meal in itself and the lobster bisque is an entree!

OMG! I can’t even tell you how amazing this place is! But I’ll try, service is fantastical, the chef is a wizard, and the cannoli and latte is so good you’d think they were on the schedule 1 drug list! When the cannoli arrived, I thought of “Suck the Cherry” new single from @TheVelveteers . Don’t miss them in Frisco on 4/11/25 !!!

Great Italian bistro restaurant in just about the strangest place you could find one. The flatbread was way better than anything I’ve ever had on a ski resort. It’s like a little hole in the wall restaurant at 12.5k feet. Great views but you have to ski down some challenging terrain.

Great place to stop for lunch at A basin. Staff is friendly, food is good. It is pricey but the views are unbeatable and the space is cozy. I highly recommend stopping in, I know I’ll be back.

Incredible views and food. Service was a bit slow and the place has no running water… But the last part is not surprising. A bit pricey but the quality of the food and the insane views it really isn’t that crazy price wise.

The food was outstanding 12/10. It is incredible to believe that they have to bring up all food and supplies via ski lift. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a phenomenal lunch while hiding away from the winds.

Great service. Limited food selection (sandwich, flatbread, salad, soup, etc). The view is incomparable as it’s at the top of the Mountain.
