Me and my family enjoyed our food here. Kaden and Jenna took incredible care of us at Il Primos, and you can tell they’re both great people with strong manners and work ethic. They were respectful, patient, and super helpful, especially when guiding us through the menu and giving honest recommendations. Placed my order online, EVERYTHING was perfect, the comments I left were read and followed and that’s such an important thing for me. The flavor was AMAZING, I usually don’t eat the crust on pizza’s unless it’s stuffed but there’s was JUST perfect, soft but crunchy and full of flavor!

Food was edible at best. The greasiest pizza I have ever had in my life, pools of grease under the wings and extremely chewy crust. The restaurant was extremely hot. Staff were kind and polite.
Edit: I went back, food was much better but still not good. My stomach hurt the rest of the day due to the insane amount of grease on these pizzas. The restaurant was at a normal temperature this time and the food came out fast. I found the mac and cheese bites to be the best item I’ve had there.

The pizza crust and toppings are good, however the sauce is bland. We had wings and pizza. The wings were small and okay. The ranch was the best part of the meal. It is homemade and tastes good. The atmosphere is kid friendly.

Pizza has gotten too salty, and sausage has become inedible. After 25 years of ordering Il Primo, we can’t stand eating it now, and will be getting one of the major chain pizzas that are much more consistent in quality, and a much lower price too. Il Primo online ordering is a mess, and they won’t honor coupons unless you print the coupon at home and bring it to the store.
