Fresh Pizza and wings!!! I pulled the slices off so the could cool alittle before I ate them. Our cashier Valerie also brought out our food when it was done. She was polite and quick. Great food!!

Excellent experience. You can tell a lot about a company’s guest service culture by how they handle a mistake. For some reason our dine in pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni. The server was bright and apologetic and offered to replace the pizza while we ate what we had. They boxed up the replacement and kept it warm for us until we left, which was a pleasant surprise! There was a face painter there but no kids yet at about 6pm on a Friday. The young lady who greeted us upon arrival and brought us our food was so polite and friendly even before the hiccup and is a great asset to the company. She was working 3-7-25.
The food was excellent! We had a pizza chicken wings combo and an order of fries. Everything great.

My kids love coming to IL Primo in Port Charlotte for the kids night. They have so much fun making their own pizzas! The staff are so friendly, they always have a movie going for the kids as well. BBQ chicken pizza is delicious, must try!

As You Walk In, You are Welcomed By the Most Wonderful Friendliness. JJ. He is the Goat(Greatest of all Time). I gotta say, it was an Amazing experience, he was very Helpful over the phone, and Greater in-Store! Very Happy customers as we came in, and Very Happy Costumers as in Us when we left! I will definitely be coming back, and Soon at that! JJ is the Best GM one can have! Food was Great As Well! Nice amount of sauce and cheese which is of course with flavor! I love the newly renovations they have with their stands, Soda Machine, and their Silverware! Especially with using high quality plastic ware that cuts properly! All in all, highly recommended, and highly a top visit in Port Charlotte!

Preferred pizza style is a personal thing so rating is tough but they hit most requirements for a good experience from a solid online ordering system with no annoying pre-tipping threshold to get through, to quick prep and ready when estimated, and fast easy pickup! Pizza itself had a good crisp chewy well risen crust with good quality toppings in adequate volume. Primo Special pizza was a bit on the salty side though that’s my thing…

Went on a Saturday night, never had there pizza and decided to go after work,granted it was an hour before closing, we wanted to eat in, but was told by the cashier, as long as we didn’t make a mess because they had an hr before closing,hmm had no children with us, it was just my boyfriend and I. So we took it to go. Pizza was a little salty to my taste. Disappointed.

Very average tasting pizza. Nothing sets it apart from the other average pizza parlors in the area. The wings were cooked perfectly and were good. The sauces were bland and not much flavor. Prices were high compared to others nearby. Our first and probably last visit. Workers were very nice and food arrived almost to quickly.
