My favorite of the Eataly restaurants. The tuna ‘Tonno’ is an excellent appetizer. The tuna was so fresh and I loved the presentation.
I had the Cacio E Pepe that was easily the best I’ve ever had.
The staff is excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been here several times, and brought a wide variety of my friends with me. Brendan and Annalise have been our servers multiple times, and always have the best recommendations. Sarah, the manager, is a total sweetheart. Everyone remembers me when I come in because I’ve been so many times. How can I not when the food and service are THIS GOOD. Tip everyone well on your visit – they deserve it. Not a single item in the menu that is less than excellent. The drink selection is also spectacular. One of my regular hangout spots for sure. You won’t be disappointed – try the new Limoncello dessert!!

Went during peak lunch hour time (Sunday 1pm) and still got seated pretty quick. We opted to sit at the bar. Raphael was our server and he was very attentive and quick with service. Food is amazing too and the moscato was delightful!

Wonderful dinner this evening at I’l Pastaio with great service by Xavier Diaz. Started with Carpaccio di Manzo, then Crudo di Spada, and then Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. Finished with a very refreshing Limoncello dessert. All around good experience.

Delicious!! We really like going to Eatlay and usually eat at La Pizza La Pasta but thought we’d try Il Pastaio today and it was fantastic!! Glad we got there early as they got pretty busy pretty quick. We started with the mozzarella, the carpaccio, and the prosciutto, and all were fantastic. Then I had the agnolotti and it was sooo soo good!! Too bad I was too full for dessert after all that, will have to go back again soon!!

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at Il Pastaio at Eataly Dallas! We went on a Thursday at 11 AM and were seated immediately. We got the focaccia, agnolotti, malloreddus (tiny gnocchi), and several rounds of strawberry grove spritzes and pompelmo italianos (grapefruit spritzes). The food and drinks were delicious, and our server/bartender, Brendan M., provided excellent service. He made us laugh and was the perfect balance of chill but attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

If you find yourself at Il Pastaio di Eataly in Dallas, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar with David and Sergio. These two are as friendly as they come down-to-earth, welcoming, and full of good energy. Right off the bat, they make you feel right at home, like you’ve been coming there for years.
They sure know their stuff when it comes to the menu and are happy to walk you through it without making you feel rushed. They’ll even throw in a few personal favorites if you ask—and trust me- they know their stuff.
On top of that, they mix up some of the best cocktails in town—I’m talkin’ smooth, flavorful, and just the right kind of strong.
All around, David and Sergio make the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. We will be back!
