Signature dishes include Spaghettoni alla Carbonara with guanciale and farm fresh eggs, Point Judith Calamari, and Pesce al Guazzetto with fresh local fish and little neck clams. IL Massimo has unique Italian wines from small boutique Italian winemakers and a cellar selection from Italy, Spain and California. This restaurant offer prix fixe meal for a reasonable price. Visited today with a friend. Our server Andrew was attentive and check in with us from time to time. First course was a Mediterranean salad, I choose today chicken picata with green bean and potato and my dessert was canoli. Everything was delicious .

From the moment you step inside,you can feel the relaxing atmosphere. The hostess was polite and courteous. Our server was attentive and answered all our questions about what was on the menu. The food tasted good, nicely proportioned. It was a good restaurant. Outdoor seating is also available. I definitely recommend it.

We held a Baby Shower at Il Massimo for 28 people. The service was OUTSTANDING!!! The manager, Simo, made sure that we had everything set up as requested; the wait staff did such a great job that we hardly knew they were there. Drinks came out swiftly, the food arrived steadily and all was delicous. No one even had a chance to miss anything before it was there. Our main wait person, Emily, did such a great job that I would ask for her again and again. Besides the staff assigned to our party, others helped us carry things in the restaurant and out at the end of the party. More importantly, no one rushed us out as the party ended and we were clearing out all the decorations. Instead, they continued to be of assistance. I wholly recommend Il Massimo for your event, or just for an intimate meal with a loved one. I promise it will be worth it.
P.S. The price was incredibly reasonable in an age when most things are ridiculously overpriced.

We stopped by II Massimo for dinner with my family. The food took a bit longer to arrive than expected, and the server seemed preoccupied with other tables. At one point, I tried to get their attention, but they were deep in conversation with the neighboring table. It made us feel a little overlooked.
That said, the food was decent—good, but not particularly memorable. We ate, enjoyed what we could, and headed out.

Came here to celebrate my wedding anniversary and the service was friendly and prompt. The food was also delicious! I ordered the Carbonara and was pleased to see the raw egg yolk (not a lot of places do this anymore)! The salad was well dressed and we had to end with my favorite dessert, Tiramisu. Yum!

We had an amazing dinner at Il Massimo! I ordered the Filetto di Manzo, and it was out of this world good — cooked perfectly and full of flavor. For dessert, I had an Affogato, and it was the perfect sweet ending — so rich and delicious. My wife had the Short Rib Gnocchi, which she really enjoyed. We shared a great bottle of Cabernet, which paired beautifully with everything.
Our server, Sal, really stood out — attentive, personable, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made great recommendations and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening.
The ambiance was incredible — elegant yet comfortable — and the wine selection was top-notch. Can’t wait to come back!

Another incredible experience at Il Massimo! I started with the Calamari Fritti, which was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. For my entrée, I had the Veal Saltimbocca — absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were rich and balanced, and the veal was tender and cooked to perfection.
For dessert, I couldn’t resist the Tiramisu, and it did not disappoint — creamy, flavorful, and the perfect sweet ending.

Went here for a girls night birthday dinner and we all had such a great time! Started with the calamari, which we all loved, and everyone got a different main, but each one was delicious! Dessert (the chocolate molten lava cake) was absolutely amazing. The cocktails are pretty strong, but super tasty, and their espresso martini flights are so much fun! The service was also amazing and our server was extremely attentive and friendly. They set up the table with some confetti and a happy birthday sign and made it such a special evening. Highly recommend!

Just ok. Mushroom Fettuccine was quite bland. We came after 8 and they were clearly ready to shut down, including moving rugs from the from of the restaurant through the dinning area. Cocktails were nice. Great presentation but the flavors need work.
