We dined here last night on a busy Friday night with a party of 8. Our second visit. The restaurant was hopping as it was Pride Weekend. Our server was super busy but attentive. He had a few large tables so we were quite understanding that service was slower and less efficient as our last visit. Two of us ordered the ribeye steak which was the most expensive item on the menu. We both requested the steak RARE and when it came out, both of our steaks were MEDIUM WELL. We informed the server and he asked if he could remake it. We declined as everyone received their food and the restaurant was busy. We told the server we would rather not wait since everyone had their food and it would take too long. I only ate half of my steak as it was dry. After the meal, we asked for the check. The server didn’t offer to comp a dessert nor did he comp the entree or at the very least take something off the check. The owners/managers sat at the bar and didn’t come by to acknowledge the issue. Very disappointing experience. We came back to this restaurant a second time because we enjoyed the food and the service during our first experience. There are too many competing restaurants in Palm Springs to fail in executing a simply grilled steak.

We love all the food here. My wife’s favorite is the Branzino. We stop here every time we travel to Palm Springs.

An unassuming establishment with great food, decent prices, and attentive service. All the food are home style and let you feel like you left mamas
house for dinner!
Highlights: Lasagna Classica Al Ragu and Linguini Villa Dorata
Not only was the food excellent the prices were very reasonable.
I will definitely return.

Everything about this place was incredible! We met multiple out of state friends for dinner and Douglas took great care of us. The salmon was amazing, the veal Marsala was spectacular! Don’t forget the tiramisu! You will be so happy you got it. Cheers!

My husband and went here last night as a date night for the end of our first trip to Palm Springs. I grew up in NJ and have been used to excellent Italian food, and this place did not disappoint! Our server, Jonathan Abel was extremely thorough, made us laugh throughout the dinner, and is a huge reason on why we will come by again, with our next trip to PS. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This is the kind of place that makes you wonder why Olive Garden exists. If people tasted true Italian cuisine, OG would be non-existent. Firstly, the service is impeccable. The owner, or at least I assume, is a sweet Italian woman who greeted me and asked me where I wanted to sit. The freshest bread was brought out to my table along with some room temperature butter, which was creamy and not too salty. The server informed me the soup of the day was tomato and didn’t just tell me it was tomato, he literally described it and of course I had to have it. It did not disappoint. It’s easy to mess up a tomato basil soup but this one was so flavorful and hearty. I truly needed it after the week I had. I then ordered a pesto cream pasta with shrimp and it came out shortly. Not only was the pesto absolutely delicious, flavorful, and herby, it was not overly oily. Often when you order pesto the oil separates, resulting in an oily mess for the noodles. But this one was perfect and flavorful. There was even a hint of spice with some cracked red pepper flakes. The shrimp was the true test, as often in pasta, shrimp gets overcooked and becomes rubbery. This shrimp was perfectly juicy and succulent. I was just passing through but I definitely need to come back. 10/10 recommend.

Good Italian food,. Good service.
I ordered the bruschetta to start. It was served on a soft and toasted warm bread, piled high. It was good, but served with oregano instead of basil, a bit bitter and stronger than basil.
For my main I ordered lasagna. The noodles were well cooked and the sauce was flavorful. Lots of cheese too.
The service was nice and friendly.
The ambiance was non-traditional, but nice.

Small family operated Italian restaurant with tasty food and delightful service.
Much of the menu is made from scratch and the flavor is there to show for it. I had the lightest and fluffiest gnocchi I’ve ever had. The caprese salad was excellent.

In Palm Springs for a wedding, saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try. Ordered two appetizers and three main courses. The waitress brought the salad and told up that it wasn’t what she had described to us, we told her it was okay. All 5 dishes were so so in tastes and flavors, nothing too negative, but also nothing too outstanding. A bit disappointed because we expected it to be much better.

We were looking for a nice Italian restaurant for a birthday dinner and cake across this place. It was highly rated and geographically convenient so we decided to check it out! So glad we did! The starters were great! We had the Bruschetta and the cheesy bread. The lasagna was savory and mild and the sausage penne was creamy and delectable. For a dessert we asked for an affogato which is a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with espresso. Delicious! Quiet and subtle, this is a gem worth discovering.
