Delicious gelato and such a lovely experience! We tried the coconut and pistachio: the pistachio was absolutely perfect, rich and flavourful. The coconut was a bit too sweet for my taste, but still very creamy and fresh.
“Ricardo” was very pleasant and helpful, which made the visit even better. We sat outside at a cute little bistro set and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Good choice if you love homemade croissant and aromatic coffee! The service is definitely a highlight, friendly and attentive . If you’re craving flaky, buttery croissants and a warm cup of coffee, you’ll be in heaven here. It’s a casual place for a quick catch up;)

Great gelato place, but with limited flavors. There are other gelato based goodies available, but can definitely tell that it’s a chain. Still the quality is good. Had the tiramisu one night and opted for the pistachio a second. Good place to eat it as you stroll through a mall.

Gelato was a wonderful treat with a large selection of flavors, we tried 2 flavors in a medium cup each time. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had to go back a second time to try more flavors AND because, it was YUM!. If we were staying longer, we would have had to try some of the other fantastic looking treats. Definitely worth a stop or two!

Simple and delicious gelato cups! I liked how both pistachio and vanilla flavours were not too sweet, they also tasted so refreshing which was perfect for a hot summer day. Quick and friendly service from the cashier as well. Definitely revisit next time in Niagara!

We stopped by twice while on our short visit and I’m going to miss the lemon gelato! Sooo good!!! And the staff was always so friendly and quick service too! Every time my wife and I visit Niagara Falls, this is our first stop! We walk right past a couple of coffee shops to get to Gelato di Carlotta! Lots of incredible snacks, incredible coffee, and gluten free options if you need them! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. If you haven’t been, you are missing out! Highly recommend!
