My family and I decided to try Il Fiore and we’re so glad we did. We ordered the chicken parm, The Anthony Bourdain, and the sausage and peppers—everything was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The sandwiches were outstanding, especially the bread, which was honestly the best part and really set them apart. We also tried the pizza and it was just as impressive—fresh, delicious, and done right. Overall, great-tasting food and a place we’ll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommend!

This is my first time here service was amazing by the young lady that was at the front and then the chef in the back Carlos or Ricardo I’m not good with remembering names but he was so sweet. He gave me an extra slice loaded with olives, bell peppers, onions mushrooms. It was delicious pepperoni pizza was delicious also , It was soft. The crust was amazing. I definitely will rate this Place a 10 out of 10 the pizza is delicious it is a must try .

Chef Michael Monaco brings serious Italian-American credentials (plus a few wiseguy stories) to Boca, turning out legit sandwiches on house-baked schiacciata—think WhatSub, but with Monaco’s own Jersey edge. Don’t miss the “Boca Bomb” (mortadella, prosciutto, soppressata, stracciatella, arugula, sun-dried tomato) and the creative, mortadella-heavy lineup (lunch only, until 5pm).
At night, the menu shifts to Italian-American classics: fork-tender meatballs in fresh marinara, chicken francese with bold lemon-butter sauce, and handmade orecchiette with broccoli rabe and sausage (yes, it’s fresh pasta). If you’re anywhere near West Boca, do yourself a favor and visit Il Fiore West Boca. The location is great and convenient, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is absolutely outstanding.
The pizza is hands down the best I’ve had in the entire Palm Beach area. Perfect crust, amazing flavor, and that authentic Jersey-style taste that’s hard to find in South Florida. If you love Jersey pizza, you’re going to LOVE Il Fiore’s pizza.
The staff truly makes the experience even better. Everyone is friendly and attentive, and Rachel in particular was incredibly welcoming and helpful with the menu. She made great recommendations and made us feel right at home.

What a pleasant surprise. Found a little gem of a deli pizzeria. My wife googled best shrimp franchise and this showed up so we came for a casual dinner. Food is great! We loved the seasoning for breaded dishes like chicken parm, ceasar salad not drowning in dressing, burrata salad was fresh. Micheal the Owner was super nice and welcoming, and we got great service. Great value for what you get. I will definitely be back.

Michael Monaco, a noted chef relocated from New Jersey to Boca Raton where he recently opened Il Fiore. It is a deli, restaurant, and pizzeria. It has a small menu, starters; antipasti, salad, soup, & wings; hot & cold subs, pizzas, and chicken, seafood, and pasta entrees.
Dinners come with house salad or soup and bread which they for got to give us. My wife’s favorite is Chicken Parm and a side of pasta. I tried the Calamari & Shrimp Marinara over linguine. Both were very good.

I’ve heard so many great things about this little gem, and they were absolutely true! I was in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. I ordered the chicken parm with penne, and it was excellent…not your typical kitchen sauce. It was fresh, flavorful, incredibly tasty, and paired with high-quality chicken.
You can really tell the owner takes pride in the food he serves. That attention to detail makes all the difference. And as a bonus, he bakes his own sesame crusted bread.. it was outrageous!
Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. Support small, independent businesses and spread the word to your friends and neighbors!

Who would’ve thought that a tiny pizza place in a strip mall in West Boca would be so fire? ( no pun intended lol)…rose and bresola all day pls.
Still new so you can tell they’re still working things out, but the food is absolutely fantastic and the service was great. Nice that owner is an actual chef and not just a business guy who doesn’t know what good food should taste like. Literally the best meatballs I’ve ever had in my life and stuffed artichoke to die for. The couple next to me ordered two sandwiches and it was probably big enough for four people. It needs more lighting outside, but that will be back and probably one of the only places on Instagram/TikTok that I found lately or actually delicious.

Excellent sandwiches! I was really impressed by this spot in West Boca, especially the BREAD, which they make in-house and absolutely elevates the whole sandwich. I had the Jersey, and it was hearty, packed with quality meats, and full of flavor. Honestly, I’d go back just for the bread (if they sell it). Great place overall, and I’m looking forward to trying more from their menu.
