Dominique was amazing as well as the hostess whose name I didn’t catch. From start to finish we had a great experience. Dominique gave us great suggestions on drinks as well as the dessert. I had the seasonal crown royal drink and it was definitely a winner. The crispy skin salmon and spinach risotto was cooked perfectly and is something I would order again. Lastly she recommended the olive oil cake and it’s “different” i wasn’t going to try it but got it for my dinner guest because he was on the fence about it. The texture is like a really moist cornbread but also sweet. Give it a shot! Overall I would return here again and again just for the ambiance. The bar was open and inviting and it was quiet enough for conversation. Kudos to the team in the front of house for the hospitality and shout out to the kitchen for Absolutely killing the food!! Perfect combination!

Il Falò Wood-Fired Kitchen offers a sleek and contemporary space that is as inviting as it is impressive. I came for a business lunch and found the environment to be perfect for conversation. The seating was comfortable, the lighting was warm, and parking in the back was more than sufficient. The service was attentive without being intrusive, which made the meal even more enjoyable.

I ordered the salmon and shared a pizza with my group. Both dishes were flavorful and nicely prepared. While the food was very good, I was hoping for a little more given the elegant surroundings and price point. Even so, it was a satisfying lunch and I could easily see myself returning for a more relaxed evening meal.

The bathrooms were as modern and upscale as the dining area, which added to the overall polished feel of the restaurant. Unfortunately, they were out of napkins during my visit, so I could not dry my hands. That was a small detail in an otherwise high quality experience. Il Falò is well worth a visit whether you are on a date or meeting colleagues.

Grabbed breakfast while staying at the Westin. Kitchen was rather slow even though there were only two patrons. Frittata was OK, but the salad was just thrown together. I had to rush to get to work. The server was great though.

The service is good. But they need a better chef particularly with the high prices The spaghetti pomodoro came with chunks of tomatoes and a paltry amount of pasta. The calamari was a tiny portion. All this at gourmet restaurant prices.

Visited Il Falò for dinner with a friend. I saw them listed as a participant for Triangle’s Restaurant Week, however; upon speaking with the waitress I learned that was not the case. ( As a critique: the marketing needs to be updated)

As for the experience as a whole, it was an enjoyable one. There was no wait. Pleasing overall aesthetic. Waitress Dominique was accommodating & friendly. The focaccia bread was very tasty ( flavorful, warm and ever better with the olive oil available on the table)

The menu is quite simple. My first choice was the steak & potatoes , unfortunately; they were out of potatoes. French fries were offered as a replacement, but I went with another dish entirely.

Food was artistically plated. No one’s food had any flavor or taste. We were so surprised because there was was so much attention placed on plating it. Even the bread had no flavor/taste.

Great ambience, very relaxed, clean and crisp. A MUST try. Server was very good and always had a smile. I could sense they were short staffed but bartender and servers were handling 5-6 tables well.

FOOD: everything we ordered was great. Chef was great. Nothing was cheesy like chain Italian restaurant. Shrimp Arrabbiata -must try if you like tangy and spicy. Ravioli- if you like sweeter side pasta. Vegetarian options were less but taste was good. Brussel sprout was amazing and is a must try for table as it well charred and flavorful. All dishes had nice portions for 1 person. Not enough to share.

DRINK- all cocktails were excellent especially Negroni. But little pricey for the area.

PRICE- bit higher side for all dish and drinks, especially because ambiance/service is not luxurious for high-end dining , chairs/sitting were ok, inside was cold and portions were small. But a must try

Overall great experience. One suggestion to keep checking temperature inside as it gets cold with front opening to hotel lobby.

The food was average. But the service was really struggling. It was not overly crowded, maybe half capacity… And orders just sat on the counter for 10 minutes. The gentleman sitting next to us had his salad sitting on a counter for more than 30 minutes. Staff kept walking by and looking at it. He ended up declining it and having it removed from his bill. Didn’t give a one star, because the staff was polite. There was just a lot of obvious “someone else’s job” going on.

Our reservations were for 8pm, we check-in and are told our table isn’t ready yet. After 20 minutes, we go back up and they seemingly forgot about us. We wait another 20 minutes and are finally seated. 8:40 we are seated, our receipt states it started at 8:55. Right away my drink was spilled because the table was not being properly cleaned and items removed, thankfully I was brought another promptly. We do not get our entrees until 10:40. When we ask for the bill, our waitress (the only enjoyable staff member all night, Breanna) says she will give us a discount for out wait. The bill then shows two of my drinks, ($18 each) and then a $20 discount. I ask her about it and I say “so the discount is only $2 and I have to pay for my spilled drink?” She quickly figures it out, removed tbe drink, but then the discount is only 5% and only on food, so the difference between both bills was $2.. $125 with the error double drink and $123 for the 5% discount. This is unacceptable and I will not return or recommend to anyone until further notice. I left this review on OpenTable and instead of making it right they just said sorry

This restaurant has potential in all categories. As the experience wasn’t stellar, it left a feeling of hope for both service + culinary.

Went with a girlfriend to catch up on life, this restaurant is nestled on the floor of the hotel, behind their Starbucks coffee stand. Host was friendly + accommodating to seat us promptly, as we did not have a reservation. However, once seated, sat without water, just menus for a little over five minutes; then informed back by the host, our team member is on the way, but didn’t fill our glasses in the meantime. Granted it was a busier evening, but we felt invisible after sitting down-

Server drops water informing they’ll be back momentarily and disappears for what felt even longer wait for the water. Warm focaccia placed before server got back. When our server returned we ordered, but drinks took forever to arrive, and arrived just before our food came out. One drink watered down, which indicates it sat awhile before getting to us.

Food pictures + descriptions below. Food was decently fresh, presentation of food + drinks were the best part, service needs, timing on cocktails + food tastes need work. Overall, pretty decent experience, just lack of attention in areas. In time will give another try-
