This was my favorite dinner in NYC. I had the lamb pappardelle and my daughter had the penne vodka. Everything was delicious. Service was perfect without feeling rushed. Tables are cozy, but the vibes were amazing. Everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful.

I had dinner here yesterday and the food was genuinely delicious — great flavors and very well-prepared dishes. The only thing that left me slightly disappointed was the portion size. The plates were huge, to the point where it felt overwhelming. Even amazing food tastes better when there’s just the right amount, leaving you wanting a little more. Here, the portions were so generous that it became a bit tiring near the end. I wish they served slightly smaller portions so that the experience could feel more balanced. Still, overall a solid place with great taste and atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, ideal for pre-show dinner. Bread was amazing, great wine selection. Service is excellent, make sure you check out the specials.

Nothing grand. Can typically get same food, flavors and atmosphere from just about anywhere in the city. Funny thing was you buy a cocktail for say $18 for an old fashion. Then they charge you $2 to make it. Lol Hilarious surcharge. Then just charge $20.

We had a great meal in a wonderful restaurant with outstanding service .Alejo was our server .He was such a delight .He was friendly ,made suggestions and was very attentive .It was a pleasure meeting him .We both had appetizers, Bruschetta and Octopus. Dinner was Lamb Shank and Rigatone a la Vodka .Both delicious .For dessert I had the apple tart which was just ok .
We will definitely come back again .

Absolutely amazing dinner! From the freshly made noodles to the dessert, everything was just perfect. Excellent service. There was a singer inside that was great. The fettuccine was on point. Clean bathrooms! Would definitely recommend coming here. Thank you.

I loved our meal here: meatballs in a delicious red sauce to start, followed by the orecchiette and the papardelle. All were delicious. Service was great as was the singer. Recommend grabbing a corner table and watching all the cute HK boys walk by while you’re enjoying a fabulous meal and live music!
The only mediocre element was the apple tart.

They make my daughter’s birthday amazing, and unexpected celebration at the end, which it was unexpected because I already paid the check. But the face of my daughter was adorable. They took the initiative to do it, because I mentioned at the beginning it was her birthday. We tried gnocchi at pesto (was great flavor) I did add the shrimp, I don’t recommended with it. The shrimp was too dry. I liked the creme brulee

Poor experience here yesterday . Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
Terrible communication- called me 3 times in a row yesterday after placing an order on seamless . I had no idea who was calling me and each time I received a call there was no voicemail .
They should’ve left a voicemail .
Then I went to pick up my order and despite the place being completely empty the service was not friendly. The staff member communicated that my order was missing the dessert option and appetizer I ordered . He said it was him that tried to call me to let me know . Has he left a voice message I would’ve called back immediately. The order was a lunch special that included a specific appetizer (calamari) and tirimasu- had I known this ahead of time I wouldn’t have ordered as it is not truly a lunch special . Not the same value . He did apologize but did not offer to reimburse me, give me a credit or anything . He however did give me a salad and it was a good salad but I had to wait 5-10 minutes for it additionally.
They need to update the seamless app to not include those options as apart of the lunch special

Rarely dish out 5-star reviews on first time visits, but II Divino hit it out of the park on this first time dining experience. It’s been over a year and back in town and decided to dine at II Divino in our old neighborhood, Hell’s Kitchen. Had always walked by while living here, ironic we’re only dining here now, lol. But it was excellent, really really good.
The Food, Service, old school ambiance and all at a reasonable price. We had the Calamari Fritti, Fettuccine Carbonara, Rigatoni Bolognese and delicious warm bread. Everything is made fresh at the restaurant which one can taste with every bite. Camilia our waitress was top notch.
This is a cool spot for just drinks with family and friends or a romantic dinner that won’t set you back an entire paycheck; believe our check for two was less than $130 which included drinks. And a short 10min walk from the Theater district if that means something for you. Without a doubt, hands down recommend II Divino for an authentic Italian meal in a laid back chill atmosphere.
