Came here for dinner with a party of 4. We had a reservation, but had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Honestly the host was super accommodating and communicative, so it wasn’t a big deal.
The restaurant was very busy.
Our service was prompt, the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. This place is in fact one of the better priced restaurants in the neighborhood.
The decor artwork by multiple artists, showing series of works on the walls.
The food came in a timely manner and portion size was just right.
I really have to highlight the Lemon Sorbet that we ordered. It was beautifully served in frozen lemon skin. Absolutely stunning presentation.

Authentic and delicious! We visited from Houston in July, 2025, and the dishes that we had were very good. This is coming from a person who normally is not a fan of Italian food (e.g., pizza and pasta) and someone who doesn’t even like most Italian restaurants outside of NYC. Moreover, this place is definitely better than the typical Little Italy tourist traps in NYC. The service was warm and friendly.

Just a heads up for summer visitors: it gets very hot and humid inside, and the restroom is quite small. We were very uncomfortable inside, and that’s the only reason for the four stars. Still, the flavors and textures are 10/10.

P.S. Although my son loves Italian food, he doesn’t like zucchini, and he wouldn’t eat mushroom or eggplant. Surprisingly, this time he ate a few slices of my pizza and said it was quite good.

You will never pay attention to this place when you walked past it until you stepped inside. Immediately you were transported back to a trattoria in Italy, compact and lively with delicious dishes awaits you.

We got a pizza to share and each got a plate of pasta for ourself. Love my spaghetti vongole, the clams were big and juicy but i wished my spaghetti (cooked to al dente) can soak up more of the sauce. My friend who love lemony pasta raved about his seafood lemon spaghetti.

End of the night we just have no room for dessert. Thank you to the server who took care of our table, warm and friendly.

I had stumbled upon this place as I was walking and decided to go in as a solo date. Off the bat the aesthetic of the place is so cute and homey. I had ordered the Whipped Ricotta that had honey & Calabrian chili oil. That was so good especially with the bread. The honey really was a good touch. I then ordered as an appetizer the Polpo. That one was okay, it needed a little bit more salt and the olives were a little too overpowering. The Octopus itself was really good. As for the Main, the Spaghetti Carbonara was 10/10. So delicious and creamy. I would 100% come back to get it again. Lastly for desert was the Sorbetti Ripieno, all I can say is yum yum yuuuum!! The presentation is so beautiful and the taste was so wonderful and refreshing 10/10. Overall I would come back again with a group of friends as well.

Il Corallo Trattoria is an authentic and cozy Italian restaurant with a small but carefully curated menu.

The Fettuccine Molisane is one of the enduring classics from the menu. Always delicious and the sun dried tomato adds such a rich depth to the cream sauce.

The pizzas are wood-fired and are 12in across, very good with good amounts of cheese.

The Taglierini Sorrento is also another one of my favorites, ample servings of seafood and the squid ink pasta has a nice seafood flavor to it.

Only complaint is that the restaraunt can get pretty packed and it can get a bit stuffy or crowded with people being very close to you.

Lunch special is phenomenal and huge portions. Bread and oil in the beginning was sooo good too. A place i would for sure come back to and as a vegetarian felt that there were enough options. Soup was delicious and so was the pizza!

II Corallo Trattoria is a hidden gem. We stopped here randomly on a day we were walking through Manhattan. From the lunch special, to the apps, to the service (ur server Fidel was a standout). The spot is a bit tight l, but the food, service and atmosphere were exemplary. Prices were also very affordable.

We came back after a while, and this place did not disappoint. The pasta was amazing — perfectly chewy and flavorful. The customer service was great too. We were first seated at a four-person table, but a lady later asked us to move to a two-person table that was closer to the outside. It actually worked out even better since it was such a nice day.

She apologized and kindly offered us a glass of wine and dessert on the house, which we really appreciated. She definitely didn’t have to do that — even just covering the dessert would’ve been generous. Her hospitality really stood out.

Overall, a great restaurant.

It was a pleasant experience. The service was very good. The food tasted very good. I chose the signature seafood pasta. The sauce was very good. It was sweet and sour. It was a restaurant where you could come again.

The pasta here is made fresh. We got the lunch menu and it was so cheap in comparison to other places in the city. The carbonara and seafood pasta were really good. I’d skip out on the zucchini noodle limine next time because the zucchini noodles were a bit too soggy for my liking
