My husband and I were in Hamburg for several days. We had read promising reviews of Il Buco Ristorante before arriving in Hamburg and made a reservation for an early dinner on a Friday evening. We had such a good experience at dinner on Friday that we went back there for dinner two nights later. It did not disappoint the second go-around – it was even better! The restaurant is lovely – cozy and comfortable. And the food is absolutely delicious!! We ate different things both nights, and it was all amazing! The food tastes as good as it looks…photos of our food are included. Thank you for a memorable dining experience!

I went to Il Buco Restaurant in Hamburg with some friends and we had a fantastic dinner. The food was really tasty and the ingredients were impressively fresh. The space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed evening. What truly made the night unforgettable, though, was the service from Dustin, he was incredibly attentive and gave excellent recommendations that elevated the whole experience. Thanks to Dustin and all the Il Buco team for making it a dinner to remember.

Italian food “to die for” – that sums it up pretty well, but misses out on complimenting Dustin for his excellent service, great attitude and making everything look easy.

A lovely lone Italian family restaurant on a quiet side street. We sat in one of the tables on the sidewalk. There are tables inside downstairs. Must try the beef main course. It was superb. Also, Pulpo… even though the order came with one tentacle but the sauce was amazing! Love the bread and olive oil. Nice wine selection and they are reasonably priced. The bill presentation was very unique and cute. It came in a repurposed tin box with chocolates. Highly recommend this restaurant!
