It was a truly spectacular experience from start to finish. While the ambiance is beautiful and the food consistently outstanding, what truly made our evening was our server, Simona.
Simona was the definition of professionalism and personalized care. She greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu and the excellent wine list. Her recommendations were spot-on!
What impressed us most was Simona’s attention to detail. Our water glasses were always full, courses were timed perfectly. It’s this level of thoughtful service that elevates a great meal into a truly memorable event.
Simona went above and beyond to ensure we felt like VIPs. We can’t recommend Il Bel Lago enough. We will certainly be back!

This was a surprise elegant dining experience. We’ve been looking at this restaurant for years but never ate here. As soon as we walked in I was struck by the elegant decor. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The menu was unique with lots of daily specials. I was particularly excited about the daily risotto. I find it very difficult to eat low gluten when eating Italian but the risotto was spectacular! I didn’t feel my meal was compromised in my attempt to avoid gluten. Excellent outdoor dining complemented by a beautiful fountain. Separate bar area and a small party room that seats 18 comfortably. I was impressed by the spacious dining area. I hate feeling cramped. Lots of large tables with privacy for large groups and special events. The only criticism I have is that the booth we were seated in was in need of repair. The bench seats were torn and had been taped leavings sticky residue that stuck to me. Minor inconvenience except that it was on both sides of the booth and it stuck to my clothes. If you’re going to charge $30-$50 an entree seating us in a sticky booth should have been avoided. When the maître de noticed the sticky benches we should have been put in a different booth. Despite the booth bother I would recommend. Will definitely dine again!

We had a lovely evening at Il Bel Lago. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, with just the right balance of sophistication and comfort. The staff were friendly and professional, making the experience feel effortless from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious – beautifully presented and full of flavor.

I popped in for a late lunch while I was having my car worked on nearby. I thought the vibe was nice; the bartender, Gina, and the manager were both very friendly and helpful. I ordered the house salad – it was delicious – as well as a glass of wine and pasta. The pasta wasn’t entirely to my taste (was a little cheesy/creamy for my liking), but it was clearly made well from quality ingredients. I would absolutely return.

We have been to Il bel Lago many times and it never disappoints. My favorite Cesar salad anywhere! Giant meatball is fantastic. Hubby loves the Veal Shank. Service is always attentive. Shout out to our server tonight, Mark Anthony!

We had a fantastic dinner with friends but mainly bc of company! The food was delicious however our party was completely taken advantage of! From the appetizer debacle getting 2 pasta testers for $20 a person to charging $25 to add chicken to a salad (not notated on menu or telling you) and then asking what salad to add to a pasta dish (without telling us its an up charge)! Talk about being taken advantage of to the highest level….as a customer all we really want is transparency and customer service. We did not get that.
