Visited Ike’s on September 26 and really enjoyed the experience. I ordered the Cajun Cavatappi and the Roadhouse Steak Burger, and both were flavorful and satisfying. The burger was juicy and perfectly seasoned, while the pasta had just the right amount of Cajun kick—bold but not overpowering.
Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Ike’s truly holds onto that old-country charm through both its service and décor. It’s the kind of place that feels timeless and welcoming, where you can sense the tradition the moment you walk in.
There’s also plenty of parking, which makes stopping by easy and stress-free.
The only small note: the onion bun on the burger was a bit overpowering and took away from some of the other flavors. That said, everything else hit the mark beautifully.
Overall, Ike’s delivers hearty comfort food, classic hospitality, and timeless character. A great local spot that feels like a slice of the past done right.

Visited on a Saturday for early dinner. Got seated right away. Service was fantastic. Food was worth the price. We both were underwhelmed by the dinner sides (mashed potatoes and veggies) the main meats were delicious though. Great wine and drinks selection. We would recommend to anyone.

Just had an amazing experience where the service was super quick! Seriously, they were so on it. And can we talk about the decor? It was absolutely stunning! ✨ I felt like I stepped into a magazine spread. Everything looked so chic and well-put-together. Definitely a feast for the eyes while I waited. Nestled away it might be a bit difficult to find but the atmosphere, wonderful staff, and delicious food are well worth stopping by!
It was my first visit and the place was packed but the staff were very helpful, accommodating, and just generally a pleasure to converse with! The kitchen was a bit behind but the staff made sure we were aware of the situation and the food was well worth the wait!
My personal favorite were the deviled eggs! If you’re looking for a place that’s worth the money and has a more local feel I would recommend stopping by!

Thier location in downtown Minneapolis (closed) had a former employee Gilmore Harris pass away.
They allowed a memorial meal in his honor and didn’t charge the friends and family.
I think this company is an asset to our community!!!

We love likes we had never been to this location but have been to others. We had the apps here for happy hour and my wife got tipsy because she didnt know they give you like 3 martini for the price of 1 haha. For sure check this place out of you have never been great vibe!

Happy hour is so busy that even with a reservation two weeks in advance, we were not seated where requested. I was a tad disappointed as we were celebrating a birthday and sharing our experience with family for the first time. It was nice that the HH prices were honored, but we’ve seen tables reserved and saved in the past.
