The 91.5 Ike’s Reuben is hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. Perfectly stacked with tender corned beef, melted Swiss, sauerkraut, and that signature sauce that brings everything together just right. All of it on that legendary Dutch crunch bread — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside — makes every bite hit. It’s filling, flavorful, and made with care. This sandwich alone is a reason to come back to Ike’s Love & Sandwiches.

A nice sandwich place in Berkeley. The portion is good, and they have free lollipop that comes with the sandwich you order. I had Steph Curry, which is great. The sauce in the sandwich is pretty unique, and there are lots of choices on the menu. The restaurant has great creativity and it is worth trying.

The employed working 10/22/25 closed the restaurant at 8:50pm rather than the posted time of 9pm. Was told by her that they close ten minutes early “every day”; then they should post correct hours as to not inconvenience customers. Place is super busy, food is pretty good, but kind of expensive. I would say better than subway, but $$$$$$$. Also, with hooked app 2 for 1 footlong at subway, I have to hold sub places at a higher standard. Also my friends split a sandwich, and it was not split very well. NOTE: this is not the best ike’s!!

A huge variety of sandwiches. It’s friend chicken substitute for meat is most popular. The place has uneven crowd/rush – mostly for pick up as it’s not great for a dine-in experience. It’s like any fast-food restaurant rather than a dine-in one. Definitely must try place.

I ordered the Tangerine girl sandwich. It was okay. The bread and sauce were way too sweet for my liking, and the sandwich was drenched in sauce. For a sandwich composed of cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and cheese, it definitely was not worth $11.52. Their menu said the sandwich was ~$9, but the cashier rung it up to be $11.52 + tip. Apparently, they’re in the process of adjusting their menu prices at the Berkeley location. I won’t be going back.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I had to take my students for a campus tour at UCB, and our program ordered 31 sandwiches. When the staff realized that I had to pick up the order on my own, they tried their best to accommodate me so I could conveniently carry everything by myself. Really appreciate the help!
