I love the Dutch crunch but my bread seems not the perfectly fluffy inside toasted top achieved at other locations. I ordered fries with the godfather sauce. It seemed to have too much horseradish and wasn’t the garlic aioli I anticipated based on the cashier’s description. Ike’s has a great reward program.

Decided to Try Ike’s today for the first time. I have been intrigued since they opened this location and ordered on their website while I was picking up an order from Lowes. I will say that I was very impressed with the flavor of my sandwich. Every bite was delicious and I was disappointed when I took my last bite. I will definitely be back.

Long ago I saw one in L.A. county and heard great things. As soon as I heard one opened in the I.E. I had to try it. I was not disappointed! The casher had an upbeat spirit and set the tone for the atmosphere. I can’t wait to try something different.

My girl and I love getting sandwiches frome this spot. Whatever sandwich you get, the dutch crunch bread is an absolute must. The food is always delicious and the staff are very nice and know how to make your order fun. I had given them a name from the Harry Potter series and they had drew on the bag to match the theme. Thank you all for always making the order and pick up experience fun.

Unfortunately, the rating I must give them is definitely two stars mainly for the food, service and atmosphere was totally on point. I like the Marketing spiel, love and what not. I had got the Madison bumgarner sandy and I must say it not only had too little meat, but was super doughy. Every time you bite the sandwich it’s like you’re eating only bread, carb overwhelming as heck. A thinner bread would suit them. The sauces they put on there was also odd and didn’t mix well flavor wise. I already mentioned they don’t put enough protein in the sandwich, but to top it off they put so little cheese on there one can barely even taste the cheese. Every bite was mainly lettuce and bread with a strong too sweet, off putting sauce. For cheesesteak sandwiches id say this place is not it. I would totally give this place another shot cause I want to like this place, so perhaps I got the wrong sandwich. This was my first time ever in any Ike’s sandwich shop, so I’d say I’ll give them 2 more tries before I give up and never go again. The magical 3x , maybe on the third try I’ll fall in love who knows.
On the positive side of things they had these all natural teas & lemonades/strawberry fountain drinks which i totally liked more than anything here……..but one cannot go to a restaurant just for they’re fountain drinks
I first saw this place when I was living in Oahu Hawaii, they had a location in Ala Moana shopping mall in the food court by target , I just checked today to see if they’re still open and not to my surprise they closed down that location……I can see why it didn’t last……

This is how sandwiches should be made. Ordered the 2242. CAM BRINK and it’s full of flavor it comes with four different sauces and somehow they all merge together and taste great. Will definitely be back for more

Service and Atmosphere was great.
The two sandwiches we got which was a fried chicken sandwich and Italian were super sauce heavy which made the bread soggy. Also couldn’t taste the meat since there was so much sauce. All I tasted in the chicken sandwich was pickles and sauce. And it wasn’t that good until I took the pickles off, since the mustard was the super heavy already. It made the sandwich too sour. I think they might have just had a bad run since they were so busy so imma give them another try. That is also why I gave them 4 stars, since their service is great. Still prefer Jersey Mike’s and I thought this was going to be like a Fat Sal’s sandwich place (LA sandwich place) but it wasn’t even close.

I’ve been here a few times , this time I was a bit worried it was very dirty , the area they make the sandwhiches looked like it hasn’t been cleaned, stiff all over the floor , drink area needed a wipe down . Our sandwiches were decent. However my son’s been complaining his stomach hurts now I’m worried. I have half a sandwich left and I feel to scared to eat it don’t think il be back . I don’t get why all these sandwhich places are always so dirty and gross

Our sandwich was prepared poorly, people working there , they just don’t care , poor service overall the one in Palo alto CA 100% better. Management must do something about it. We deserve a better service.
