Honestly this might be the best sandwich I’ve had in Fort Collins. The house sauce was awesome and all of the ingredients were super high quality. I loved the sourdough bread and turkey meat too. The menu can feel super overwhelming at first, but the options are incredible across a ton of dietary restrictions and it means you can have a new sandwich every time you visit. The price is worth the quality too. The staff was also super nice, friendly, and helpful with the menu options. Definitely worth the visit for a quick meal when you’re shopping in Council Tree!

As a vegan, I’m always happy to find local places with plenty of plant-based options. Ike’s exceeded my expectations with so many choices and with the tastiness of the food. My husband and I got vegan sandwiches with different breads and ingredients, and both our selections were excellent. Bonus points for serving Zapp’s VooDoo chips and free lollipops! The servers were kind and helpful, the music was fun, and the shop colors are cool. A great sandwich shop with lots of options for everyone, and lots of great, uplifting messages to read on the walls and the bags 🙂 I look forward to returning soon and trying more flavors.

The staff at this location are genuinely great, and that is worth acknowledging right away. Interactions are friendly, efficient, and professional, and it is clear the employees are doing their best to create a positive experience. Orders are handled correctly, questions are answered without attitude, and the overall customer service feels consistent. From a service standpoint, there is very little to complain about.
Where the experience begins to fall short is in the overall value. For the price point, the return does not quite line up with expectations. There is a noticeable amount of marketing hype surrounding the brand, which suggests something more memorable or distinctive than what ultimately arrives on the tray. When the food is served, the sandwiches are fine, but they do not feel special or particularly elevated. The ingredients are acceptable, the portions are reasonable, and everything tastes as expected, but nothing stands out enough to justify the higher cost.
The best way to describe the food is that it is just okay. It does the job, but it does not leave a lasting impression or make you eager to come back specifically for the menu. In many ways, it feels similar to Which Wich, both in style and execution, except with a more heavily branded personality and a bald mascot instead of custom sandwich bags. The comparison is not meant to be harsh, but it does highlight how familiar the experience feels despite the premium pricing.
For someone looking for a quick sandwich and a friendly interaction, this place will likely meet expectations. For someone focused on value, portion to price ratio, or truly standout flavors, it may feel underwhelming. In the end, it is not bad, it is not exceptional, it is simply alright. The staff help elevate the experience, but the food itself does not fully support the cost, making it a place that works in a pinch rather than a destination you go out of your way to visit.

I forgot his name, he looks like Thor; Big, Blonde, long hair mystical looking man. Is very respectful and professional. Reflects Jesus Character very well. Not to mention the Sandwiches absolutely supersede all my expectations. Vegan/Vegetarian options are available as well. Equal to, dare I say, better than Cheba Hut quality.

First time trying it, genuinely in my top 3 sandwiches ever. I was helped by Leilani who was super pleasant and friendly. Got the Matt Cain sandwich, first time trying the Dutch Crunch bread, it was incredible. The sauce they put on it, quality of ingredients, and portion size were great too.

The menu is huge! You’ll surely find something that fits you best. I got the Hunter Pence. The sandwich was crispy and the bread was thick and tasted great. The sandwich had just the right amount of each ingredient, it wasn’t spilling out when I took a bite and it wasn’t lacking. The cashier, Taggart, was very helpful and helped me find the extras and add-ons on the menu during my order. He also made sure the restaurant was nice and tidy and clean!

Ordered the Matt Cain and the Hot Momma to go, both with Dutch Crunch bread. Order was ready on time and service was friendly. Both sandwiches were equally good and decent size. Sandwiches had a healthy amount of meat and balanced ratio of bread, veggies, cheese, and sauce. The Hot Momma was a little messy. The Dutch Crunch bread was crispy and soft. Will be eating here again.

Amazing sandwich, stood out far beyond others in town. The sourdough bread made it a party in my mouth. The great service is what tipped me over to making this my new favorite sandwich place. Despite being busy with orders, Leilani was able to help me select a sandwich from the massive menu and even took the time to add some customization based on my preferences. The sandwich she put out was art and the interaction left me feeling fantastic.
