This location consistently delivers a great experience. The dining area is bright, spacious, and clean, with large windows that create a calm, welcoming atmosphere—much nicer than you’d expect from a cafeteria-style restaurant. It’s a comfortable place to sit, relax, and actually enjoy your meal.
The food is dependable and satisfying. The Swedish meatballs with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, and lingonberry sauce are a classic for a reason—hearty, comforting, and well balanced. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and there’s enough variety on the menu to keep everyone happy.
Service is efficient and friendly, with staff doing a great job keeping things moving and the space tidy. Overall, it’s a surprisingly enjoyable dining experience and an easy five stars for value, ambiance, and consistency.

We were to this Swedish restaurant at lunch time, want to try some Swedish cousins. We were in the queue, good to have a trolly and tray too. Reached the desert section took one item then had some meat ball and salmon and breads. Made the payments and to the table, really enjoyed it by taking time, salmon was tasting excellent. It’s in our mind for ever.

Always stop here on the way from DC. Food never disappoints! Recommend the meatballs, gravy, lingonberry sauce, smoked salmon, mashed potatoes, and chocolate cake. Service is quick, and you put your trays away yourself. A little pricy though.

Definitely enjoyed my first time experience at IKEA. I was a bit nervous as I’ve never been and I don’t know the style of the way to order here. But, we got through it! Went on a Friday — and IKEA is currently offering a rebate on Fridays where warm plates are half off + coupon. It was a great experience to say the least. Definitely will be stopping by more often when I’m shopping at IKEA.

Yikes. What a massive, overpriced disappointment for my family. We used to come to IKEA a few times a year and look forward to the food a decade ago, but this is not the restaurant I remember. Everything we ordered has gone so obviously downhill. It tasted cheap but with ludicrous prices and was such a let down. Chicken tenders were overpriced ($14!), dry, and clearly old. The breading so obviously cheaper quality than what used to be. The fries were mediocre at best, soggy, shriveled, and gross. For the other meal, the chicken was rancid, the beans were flavorless, and the whole dish looked extremely unappetizing. The fish was no better! The cod was so bad my sister barely ate any. The Mac and Cheese was grainy, and didn’t taste very good at all. How do you mess up Mac and Cheese that badly? We left the restaurant genuinely upset that we spent more than $60 on what was essentially microwaved leftovers and this is probably the last time we come to IKEA.

Love that they have vegan hotdogs and vegan cinnamon rolls! The vegan hotdogs are great with the bright purple pickled cabbage, crunchy fried onions, and mustard!
There are frozen vegan meatballs, chicky nuggies, and breakfast sausages in the little grocery area as well. They also have vegan sour cream and onion chips!

I went during late afternoon so lines were empty. The food was good as could get. The Mac and cheese was a dry and clumpy. Wouldn’t recommend. But I highly recommend any of their seafood entrees. The downstairs Cafe also had new items like the Swedish sundae which is a small cup of meatballs, gravy, lingonberry sauce and Mashed potatoes. Was really good but the portion was not as much as advertised.

All my family love IKEA restaurants food and we always to the restaurant when we in IKEA. It is a typical Ikea restaurant, the quality of the food greatly depends on the employees who work that day. Therefore, French fries here always taste different, but usually they are not salty enough, and my favorite sauce for meatballs is often served in small quantities and you have to ask for more. There are often not enough tables and sometimes you have to walk a little more around the store, I don’t like that and also I don’t like long tables together; I don’t like eating at the same table with strangers. Twice there was no clean cutlery and we had to look for staff to bring them. The cola here is bad, the dispenser is set up incorrectly, and it’s almost always under-carbonated. Yesterday there was Bingo here and it was interesting, there were prizes and discounts, almost all the tables were occupied, it was a good idea for Ikea 🙂
Update
Coffee for Ikea cardholders has been out of service for over 2 months.

20250814 – Dirty looking staff with sullen attitudes. Swedish meatballs were good but the entire area was filthy with tables cluttered with dirty dishes and unwashed tabletops. Soda station was out of soda. Just incredibly badly run! Surprised how expensive the food is!

Our experience with has been awful. We ordred two cabinets with (4) doors and (3) out of (4) were damaged. We ordered (3) more to be delivered because the store couldnt get stock locally and we had to wait (6) weeks and (1) out of (3) came damaged. The packing was terrible! no wonder they come damaged. No customer service to speak to this has been an awful experince.
