This Hawaiian food truck is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked up, the ambience was perfectly island casual, and the service was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming—true Aloha spirit! The food, especially the Garlic Shrimp plate, was sensational; the shrimp were perfectly cooked, drowning in a ridiculously good garlic butter sauce. This is a must-try for incredible food and a great overall experience!

Mahalo Nui for a taste of home! I had such a great experience at Ikaika’s! You can always tell how good a Hawaiian restaurant is by the basics and their mac salad and spam musubi was outstanding! Mac salad was creamy and flavorful perfectly seasoned and a great portion for the price. The spam musubi was hands down the best I’ve had in the PNW. Every bite tasted like home. The service was just as good as the food, friendly, fast, and welcoming, with that true aloha spirit. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more! The food was so ono!

Tried out some options from the food truck setup while at the brewery next door and received perhaps the best musubi I’ve had in a very long time. They were out of most things but who cares, my musubi was outstanding. 100% would come back next time I’m in the area.

Delicious food. Cooked fresh with quality ingredients. Girls in the kitchen killed it. My chicken katsu was cooked perfectly crispy and moist. That plate needs two scoops of rice though – not just one! can’t wait to comeback.

We’ve been to Langley many times but didn’t know about this place until we stumbled on it this weekend. We were trying to go to Braeburn but it was too busy, so we started looking and nearby options and noticed this Polynesian food truck next door. We ordered the BBQ wings, the garlic shrimp plate, and the spam musubi. The wings were delicious and the mac salad that came with the shrimp plate was so good! The garlic shrimp is more of a Cajun style rather than the typical garlic shrimp you would find in Hawaii (think Giovanni’s) but still very good. They share a premises with Double Bluff Brewing, so you can get an ice cold beer with your meal. Love the laid back style of this place.

Absolutely the best fish and chips both my wife and I have ever had, we had the cod which was very tasty and the fries were amazing! The sauce it comes with with tasty with the fries and fish. 100% coming back. This place definitely needs their own sit down restaurant it would be very popular there in Langley. Sooo good.

They let us order the mixed plate just to tell us after they handed us the boxes they were out of pork. They were also out of ribs and mochi chicken. After a 3 hr drive to get here we are pretty disappointed. It was only 7 pm so pretty poor food management imo. On top of that my cod was paper thin and the fries are dripping wet in the coleslaw fluids. Also as a Polynesian family this was not what we would call authentic.

We had Halibut fish n chips and the Kalua pork plate. Fish, curly fries, and aioli were fantastic; pork was delightful, but would have been even better with some jus over the top. The beans were the best I’ve ever had! Neither of us really enjoyed the slaw, but we would definitely dine at Ikaika again.

We went here even after hearing some negative reviews from some locals just to give things a shot. They had a special today of Halibut and chips so I tried that over the cod. The pieces of halibut were great. It was a good chunk of fish. But I thought the fries tasted horrible and the breading on the fish wasn’t anything special. I had to ask for tartar sauce and I found out why they didn’t give it out in the first place. It was simply bad.
My wife had a better experience with her food. She really liked the spam musubi even though I didn’t care for it.
Seating is only available if you buy a drink at the brewery, other wise you would have to eat elsewhere. Overall I was just left wishing I had spent the time to get into another restaurant in town. Wait would have been the same.
