I previously wrote a review on Yelp and provided some feedback regarding my experience and confusion with the menu. The owner nicely replied back and I returned. The fish was really seasoned well and there was a lot of detail from the staff person when rolling my sushi burrito. Once I knew the à la carte prices I consciously added anything extra to my base price.
I wanted to put a glowing review and give the sushi burrito spot 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere. I hope this review can offset the previous one I wrote. Thank you!

Sadly, even though the food tasted fantastic; the chicken karage wasn’t all fully cooked and mostly clumped together, 2 pieces were still partially frozen in the middle, but the gyoza was fantastic, although the sauce you normally get with them, was straight soy sauce, not a specialty sauce. Fair pricing on everything they had, and wonderful customer service.

Very fulfilling! It felt like eating three orders of rolls. My salmon sushi burrito was $14.45 which is a good price considering how full I was. The lady was generous with the portions too 🙂

This is a little place at the food court in Westlake center. I was quite impressed by the freshness and cleanliness of the food. As a person with a very sensitive stomach I know that I’m taking a chance every time I eat out, so it’s a very pleasant surprise to enjoy fresh salmon, great veggies and 0 tummy issues! 5 stars for service as well, a very kind and patient person took my order and offered a suggestion when I asked for a no sugar alternative to water Atmosphere: it’s a food court.

Great ingredients and solid flavor. The burrito was wrapped a bit loose, making it harder to eat. I also think I would’ve gotten more substance if I ordered a poke bowl instead, but I wanted the flavor of the nori.

Ordered the Sumo Crunch burrito – so, so good. Similar taste to a California roll, but the size of a burrito. Totally delicious and I left feeling like I had a decently healthy lunch at Westlake Center. It is served wrapped in paper, cut in half and boxed. My kid was thrilled with the pork gyoza, which was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and perfectly salty to pair with the sweet dipping sauce.

Sushi burritos are inherently funny but these sushi burritos are also delicious and an excellent value. Service is swift (except for that there is only one machine to lay rice on the nori in a perfectly even layer), and the end result is delicious.
I got a make-your-own crab roll — I added seaweed salad, ginger, and corn. My dining companions got the two specials, the dancing salmon (I tried half; I would skip the lettuce next time) and the Sumo Crunch (I didn’t try this one but my friend liked it a lot; it also seemed neater to eat because the tempura flakes on the outside make it easier to push up out of the paper wrapping).
Any sushi burrito can also be made as a salad or poke bowl, but then you won’t get the amusing cardboard carrying box.

I walked upstairs at Westlake Mall to grab some noodles and saw this place finally opened. Looking at the menu I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. The menu doesn’t look all that appealing. As I walked up not sure what to do, I decided to just select the shrimp combo version. It was quite fascinating watching them put it together and roll it. I did a mix of the spicy and normal sauce. They also dipped it into some mixture at the end.
After he rolled it and put it in the box I was surprised by how heavy it was. Well, let me tell you. The roll was AMAZING.
The price was a bit high with tip, but Seattle prices seem to be increasing. Also, I would say it is a deal for the quantity compared to sushi.
