I had to give a review for this restaurant. I came and decorated on 11-22-2025 for a 50th birthday party.. the customer service was extremely exceptional, they were accommodating, nice and polite as well as the valet guy. He was so helpful, and I apologize for forgetting his name. He helped bring things into the restaurant and to the car. I can’t be so thankful as far as being a vendor. The managers, the staff was over the top!!! Words can not express the gratitude that we experienced at this restaurant.. The world need more staff such as the staff at III Palms. Hats off to this restaurant again!!! Great job!!!! By the way the food was also good. I just had to express the customer service here!!!!!

The Dining experience tonight was amazing. Our professional server Gabriel did a fantastic job and the wine he recommended was excellent. For the meal from pork belly starter to wedge salad to braised short ribs was as good as any place in Dallas or Houston. I usually don’t order lamb in the US but did tonight and they were delicious and expertly prepared and cooked just right. The desserts were killer. I cannot recommend III Palms enough.

Worst steak EVER! SO disappointing! We came here on Sat to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the Tomahawk. It was so under cooked that it had virtually zero juices. And let me stress… I like med rare to even rare meat. But this was tough, chewy and tasteless. To top it off, the young lady that sliced it table side has obviously not been trained to cut steak properly and butchered it (see pics) It looked like a toddler had taken kitchen scissors to it. Big pieces… little pieces… thin pieces… thick pieces… it was a joke. See pics. Not at all ALL how a Tomahawk should be served. Especially for $108 for a steak! The only thing that was more disappointing than the presentation was the taste. Almost inedible. Gave it to the dog when we got home. Total bummer for a LOT of money. The vibe was great and the service was good so this place has the potential to be a great restaurant. But bottom line… this is a STEAK house and they should know how to cook, season and present steaks. Unfortunately this is not the case at this point.

my fiance and i went to III Palms for the first time last night and it was amazing . i made a reservation prior and told them our occasion and they took it upon themselves to decorate the table and have a bottle of champagne on ice ! the service , food , and atmosphere was 10/10. Our server was Allison and she went above and beyond to make this night special for us. highly recommend

It was our first visit to Palms, and the experience set a high standard right away. Clay took excellent care of us throughout the evening. He was polished, confident, and clearly well-versed in the menu. His explanations were detailed and helpful, which made ordering simple.
I chose the orange roughy, and my partner ordered the pork chop. Both entrees were prepared exactly as described and seasoned perfectly. Service was seamless—drinks stayed full, courses were paced well, and everything arrived promptly. The food was impressive, but Clay’s service is what made our first visit one we will remember and repeat

Clay was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He walked us through the specials with confidence and answered every question clearly, which made ordering easy and enjoyable.
I ordered the filet and lobster special, and my husband had the ribeye. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned well. The food was excellent, but what truly elevated the evening was Clay’s service. He timed everything perfectly, checked in without being intrusive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
Beyond his professionalism, Clay’s sense of humor added a great touch to the night. He was personable and engaging without ever crossing the line, which made the experience feel special rather than routine. The evening was great overall, but Clay genuinely made it memorable. We will absolutely be back and will request him again

The ambience of the restaurant was very lovely, and we were greeted immediately upon arrival, which made for a great first impression. Our server, Chloe, was very attentive and pleasant throughout the evening.
We started with an appetizer salad called Beauty and the Beets. While the flavors were nice, I was a bit disappointed, as I expected there to be more beets—there were only a few slivers.
For our mains, my husband ordered the beef medallions, and I had the braised short rib. Both dishes were good; however, my husband was disappointed that his meal consisted of only three small cuts of beef, especially considering the high price point. Additionally, both main courses were served on a large bed of mashed potatoes, which in my opinion was too much and felt a bit overwhelming.
We also shared a side of Brussels sprouts in maple bourbon, which we both enjoyed and found quite tasty.
Overall, we liked most aspects of our meal and the service was excellent, but for the price we paid, the experience felt somewhat underwhelming. While the food was good, we expected more in terms of portion balance and overall value.

WOW! Took the wife here for her Birthday dinner. The way this place treats its customers is more than a cut above… From the moment we set foot in the door, to being seated, handing her a special menu with her name on it (celebrating her birthday), attention to detail of all the customers(not just us), to the quality of the food. Amazing!!!!
I don’t know who came up with the concept of this kind of treatment for their customers, but kudos to them. They have done a great job managing the way customer service is done. I will be back, and I highly recommend this place to everyone….
