We visited IHOP at Niagara Falls on New Year’s Day and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The restaurant is on the 26th floor, offering an absolutely breathtaking view of the falls, which was the main reason we came. We ordered the egg white omelette & avocado toast platter and the egg burrito breakfast platter. All dishes were a bit on the oily side, and we’re not big fans of oily food, but the portions were generous. Prices were higher than other IHOP locations, which is understandable given the amazing view. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had a great spot by the window. While the food wasn’t perfect, we still enjoyed our breakfast and the stunning scenery. If someone wants to go for a view and decent food, this is the place to visit while in Niagara Falls.

Food was great! I’ve never been to IHOP before and I really like how they do their pancakes and hash browns. Also great view for breakfast. So cool! Alysha was a fantastic waitress, very lovely and accommodating. She was a big part of why our breakfast was so great! Thank you!

We came to this one as the one further down (which we went to as we thought it would be quieter) was closed for an event. If we walked back to this one (short walk) we got 20% discount for inconvenience. It’s an average ihop. It just has the bonus of falls view. Food OK. Server was very nice. Seems to be the ihop where no one is patient. There was a sign saying wait for server.. people were wanting to secure the table wih the view they wanted so were not waiting and queue jumping to tables that hadn’t been cleared. Big parties just jumping in and usually when server was away from the desk so nothing you could do. General rudeness from uncouth tourists. We did experience getting served after others who had been sat after us which was annoying. Server was friendly. Food was average ihop fare. Costed more for this location even with discount. It was a one off.

Same great food you would come to expect in all Ihop restaurants. Service was average – what really annoyed us was the pre-set $50 tip which had been programmed in as our server handed the payment screen to my husband (obviouslyhoping we would just tap and not notice). We travel A LOT and this was a very obvious tourist trap. We always like to tip in cash so our server gets 100% of their tip. Our server came back to the table to prompt her tip further and ask if there had been a problem with service. We said we didn’t appreciate the high tip added and she described it as an accident and “slip of the finger on the touch screen” – my husband has this same card machine in his shop and this isn’t the case. Beware tourist traps!!!

If there was 1/2 star , I would give it that and it’s because of the view. Wish I had seen D. Lima’s review below. Everything he said is true!!! We ordered 2x2x2 breakfast. 32$ for bacon, eggs and 2 pancakes that were cold and rubbery. We asked for scrambled soft and they came hard and dry. When we told the waitress, all she said was sorry. Coffee 5.50$additional. Staff is young and indifferent. You wait ample time to be served while they chat amongst themselves. The place needs updating. Dirty tables and old. Waiters at 8:30 am had visible pancake batter on their aprons. No pride and sloppy. At this price for a breakfast, you SHOULD expect more. Will not be going back.

Was here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The food was lovely, all servers were sweet and nice. Loved being served by Ana. She was kind, thoughtful, and sweet. Served our food with warm smile and kept checking if anything more is needed.
